Increased repair time?

Did they increase the repair time on tanks?
Or does it take longer in the tier 10 tanks?
In my Patton I had 100% repair and toolbox.
It took 2 sec to get my track back on.
In my M48 I have the same setup But it takes almost 5 sec to get the track back on.

That's probably because your Pattons tracks have less health than your M48 tracks, thus taking more time to repair the M48 tracks.

Patton tracks have 240 health, M48 tracks have 250 health.
Maybe it's just me but I find repairs really slow. But I've had that since a few months not something just last patch. Repairs take ages even with 100% crew.
My theory is that WG wants us to buy repair kits.
