It's come to me that some people have pets (well that's obvious and I've known that for years) but I've failed to find a thread about what pets people have (mainly it's because I cba to look) so I thought I'd create a thread about them, Mainly a Poll but feel free to comment as well (telling us there names is always appreciated) BUT NO PICTURES LOL

Warning: Keep things Legal please and no Trolls, those sorts of pets aren't tolerated anywhere else but the Bridge they live under

I have 2 illyrian shepherd dogs also called Šarplaninac (Sharplaninac).

On the first 2 pictures is the male named Ace. He weights a formidable 60 kg. :Smile_veryhappy:

This is the younger female named Bunda (Fur). On that picture she is 4-5 months old.

From my experience there is no better guard dog. They are loyal, strong, but someties a bit too playfull (everytime i want to demonstrate his strenght he lies down on his back and wants me to pet him, a.k.a. Shar-trolling :Smile_sceptic: ).

I cannot imagine having any other dogs then those beasts :Smile_Default: .

I have two aquariums. One contains a bunch (about 10 or so left now) of elderly goldfish (everything from 6 to 9 years old) who are all related, and an awesome looking Leopard sailfin pleco (I just found that out on wikipedia ^^ ). It looks something like this, only it's bigger (about 15 centimetres) and has nice, sparkly scales:

CBA to take a picture :P

Then in my other aquarium, I have a single elderly Altum angelfish (wiki'd that too :P ):

And another suckerfish, looks sorta like this:

Anyways, all of these fish are old, and I'm not planning on replenishing the tanks when they die, because I don't have as much time for them as I did back when I was a kid.
I know fish are low-maintenance, but still... You have the change their water every now and then, clean up/buy new filters, etc.

We might get a cat at some point though (not a spoiled indoors cat, but one that can take care of itself most of the time). A mean one that will chase all the neighbouring cats that poo on our lawn away.

Two kitties, Tigger and Marcel:

And some goldfish which we originally were just looking after but ended up keeping them. There's four of them in a 28 litre tank at the moment so I'm going to move them up to a 60 litre soon; then get a heater for the small one and get some nano tropical fish (maybe Chilli Rasboras) and some shrimp.

We had aqaurium with guppy's and other fish in the past. But the guppy's liked the tank so much that we bought our fish food by just trading young guppy's for food(really sometime we could not even see the rest of the fish), at least they knew how to f*** each other

You should have seen my goldfish then!

We have a small pond out front, and we used to move the fish from their aquarium to the pond during the summer. So, one year, we do that and then go for a week-long holiday. When we came back, the pond was literally black from all the baby fish o.O there were hundreds of them! We eventually had to store the ones we could catch into some 3-4 big buckets. The rest got washed away when dad drained the pond (you really can't catch these tiny things one by one, they were just milimetres long) :(

Anyways, we ended up picking and keeping 10 of them and gave the others to the shop where we got their parents.

Well, the OP said no pictures, but I see all of you guys just ignored that, so now I'll do the same lol

The name of the python is Ancalagon the black (from Silmarilion), but everybody calls him Calgon :Smile_veryhappy:

This is him when he was something like 2-3 months old:

And this is him now, he has 14 months, he is about 110cm long, which is quite good for a one year royal:)
