So if I understand it correctly there is some sort of shared XP from damage done to enemys that is only shared with people alive at that moment (or at the end only?)

Now this aswell puts new light on the kill all/no cap discussion. Dead people crying and screaming kill all would not benefit at all from that extra damage done. Or am I making a mistake here?

Long time ago.. It was topic about zombie players. They are in the game and don.t doing anything... It's was suspicion that they are bots, collecting money and exp. But more voices suggested that they where only disconnected from game... I'm believe that they are just exping for free...
You live bot for night. You don't play but your exp and money are getting higher....

Working as intended (I mean, really, not laughing).
For surviving you get 50% more exp. Terrible player died, AFKer survived. On the other hand maybe system didn't recognize he was AFK (sometimes when my PC crashes during loading battle, after it I get 0 exp and credits).

No you dont, winning gives you 50% more xp, not surivving. Surviving gives a small flat bonus.

Were we not promised from WOT staf a while ago that  those who were afk and had not moved during the entire battle and was still alive when the timer or the last enemy tank was destroyed automatically were destroyed too and had to pay the repair cost???  Think I read that somewere on the forums as a official answer or if it was in one of Overlords blogg as a "to be "future in next patch back in 7,3 or earlier

Seems that they have forgot that promise when you look at this exsample !!!

Ohh and a notice, last night game starts and a guy writes in chatt Have to go afk, need pee.. he coulden't have done that BEFORE pressing the "Start Battle" button or have he some sort of bladder issues that he cant hold himself for another 5-10 min ?? During some small medicstudies in the airforce I learned that when your bladder first time gives you the signals that you have to go, it's only filled to 1/3. So please all of you that do this pee first press the battle button after

They should remove static bonuses like joining the battle and team performance bonus. Xp should only be awarded for damage, kills, spotting, keeping enemies lit, capping, defending and other things that benefit your team, not for just joining the battle and doing nothing. If you quit, you should not gain any xp or credits after you closed the battle. Too bad if you lose connection by some other reason, but it's a small price to pay IMO. Even suicide scouting is more useful than AFKing.

Yes, how dare they not come with an official explanation within 1 hour and 30 of the thread being created...

(Give them a reasonable amount of time to ignore it at least)

My proposition is: give one more option in commplain. Something meybe called " Innactivity". You got this once, meybe twice... OK. But after one day (?) or meybe few hours you have this  all the time.. It;s simple! you are bot and get banned!

Ps. Sorry for my English... I know it's hurting people... :P

I can explain this one..

While playing, I notice I gotta pee/hungry/groceries/sleep/cook whatever...
But I can't quit halfway a game of course, we're winning !
So I think to myself: AFTER THIS BATTLE the first thing I do is pee/eat/groceries/sleep/cook.

But then, 10 minutes later, I find myself halfway in another battle and I think to myself: ohhhh craaaap ! I had to go to the bathroom/fridge/store/bed/stove 10 minutes ago !!
But I can't just quit halfway a battle.
So, 10 minute later, when I;m halfway in yet another battle I think: GRAH !!! I had to pee/eat/groceries/sleep/cook !!!
After this, I HAVE TO REMEMBER not to press the battle button !!!!
10 minutes later, in yet another battle, I think: NOOOOO !!!!!! Stupid me, stupid stupid !

THis goes on for 2-3 hours then finally I have to pee so bad I can;t hold it anymore and I take a piss when the battle starts.
Dunno why but this happends to me every day.

Maybe the AFK tank did something else REALLY useful in the battle, that statistics (efficiency) doesn't record... Thats what the anti-Statistic people would claim anyway. Maybe they made an awesome decoy or something :)

Unfortunate, but true. However AFK leeching is still not too effective and WG should notice it sooner. Players shouldn't make it to T9-10 with leeching. As others have said, dozens of battles with close to 0.0 km driven should be very suspicious.

Btw did you edit the picture? How did that AMX die?
It says 1class - Destroyed by (1class).
This should mean he killed himself somehow. Maybe the wonders of the new physics.

LMFAO, I had not even noticed. And now the really strange part. I checked the replay, and in there he didn't even die. He's the guy in A2/A3:

Spoiler

Clearly it's a conspiracy! Actually it probably means he hit esc->exit as that blows you up after the battle. Good spot! That might influence the result, I should go find a better example.

Maybe he drove off the end of the cliff and killed himself just as the battle finished :)  (with nano-second timing !)

You will not be destroyed automatically in the current version. Maybe in 8.0, it workes differently already, but now if you leave the battle after countdown, you get exp, cash and if you survive, no repair bill either. Pretty sad.

EDIT:
In the current version, when someone leaves the battle, you can see it on the after battle stats screen. His status will not be "Destroyed", it will be something like "Not in battle" or similar. I forgot what was it, but it is clearly indicating that he was not in the battle. And they don't die automatically. Rarely, but you can see it sometimes.

Lol, really? WG is so awesome!

So maybe it was a replay bug, they're slightly funky in 0.8.0 anyway. Gonna exit one on test to test and will let you know.
