Indeed, the matches should be on. But no info about the game on the stream or twitter.

September 16 in Moscow will host the final of the tournament "Ural Steel 2012" by World of Tanks. Large-scale virtual tank battles will gather the players and fans of military equipment from all over the world.
In virtual duels "Ural Steel 2012" will join the team representing the three parts of the world. Best players of World of Tanks in Europe, America and Asia will compete for an impressive prize fund of 77 000 USD.
Last year the tournament was attended by over 40 000 players from 30 countries. To "Ural Steel 2012" expected no less excitement.
Tournament format this time has been changed slightly. If last year's participants had the opportunity to fight for the right to be the best in one of the three divisions, and this year will be only one division.
This year's tournament will be held on an even grander scale, and therefore there will be more surprises. Everyone attending the tournament awaits grand show program with competitions and giveaways from sponsors, as well as these tanks T-34 and MC-1. For those who want to follow the events, but can not be present at the event throughout the tournament will be held live broadcasts.
All those wishing to visit the "Ural Steel 2012" we are waiting for September 16 at Universal sports complex CSKA them. AJ Gomel at Moscow, Leningrad Prospect, 39, 3. Official opening - at 12:00 (GMT).

So the matches are played tomorrow then.

YT livestream starts in 17h: http://www.youtube.c...3o&feature=plcp

Will tune in probably.

However:
"9. Use of premium tanks, shells and consumables is allowed."

This is rubbish. Esport isnt about buying stuff. It is about equality, in which the best team wins. I know they (these teams) probably all buy shells and so on, but I still think it rubbish.
My opinion anyhow...

Tbh the live stream is a bit of fail, trying to watch all 3 streams:

RU - seems best, BUT is in russian which I don't fully understand, specially when spoken at this pace. Has by far the worst picture quality
EU - best picture quality (the only good one), but NO SOUND omg
NA - decent commentary though you can only hear one of the two guys.... but crazy clipping in the vid all the time
