At least they speak english but what about ping? More than 150ms for me  is a disaster.

150 ping is my usual ping. (i switched to a fast connection. it was around 250-300)
playable.

No news article from EU team AGAIN, what a surprise!

They also forgot to mention this competition/event (TEN top prizes of 50,000 gold each! 850,000 gold in total prizes!) that was on the NA server, but open to ALL servers.

If WN(WG), or the dis-associated regional server teams they have established, cannot publish articles on all the servers affected by the new article's contnets by now then "World of Tanks has to be the same on every continent, on all servers and in all economic systems" is almost certainly NEVER going to happen.

Checked SEA server and my ping went from 150ms to 250ms. Also at 18GMT the population was 2400.

No wonder they are asking for transfers.

how are you able to play with anything over 90? seriously  i have 50-60 and i considder it high  20-30 is a good ping and thanks to the serversided design everything above 100 makes the game unresponsive and way too slow to guide a target or snipe a scout

well, they prolly dont see any reason to stay upp at 01:00 to grind tanks. allso it is a rather new server and a new marked. it needs time.
try and take a look at 12-16:00 gmt.

Yet they (SEA server) and the VN server (newer and even smaller population) each get a team at the Ural Steel finals. Meanwhile the CN server (who make up over half of all the real world's WoT players) are only allowed two teams....

Lucky you.... Most SEA players were on the NA server for 12 months with pings minimum 250ms and up to 400+. Even then I had a win rate of +52% and efficiency of +1400.

For us now, playing with 130ms is heaven....

Anyway this not is for those players on EU but who live in the Asian / Pacific region and may want to move to a better connection.

Enjoy the game guys and as always have fun :)

As I'm working in Thailand   :Smile_glasses: I opened an account (Wulfstan) on the SE Asia server in about May this year.

Back then you'd have about 2000 players on line at 8 in the evening

Now you get 4000 to 5000.

You get similar rants on forums about language - some people must use (say) Chinese or Thai script with just comes out on chat as [] [] [] [] [] [] []. I've also seen other languages - such as Malay - in use.

Playstyle is a little different - people seem to be less inclined to "engage with the enemy more closely" in case they scratch their tank.

But my MS-1 loves it - 10 games, 5 wins, 3 Top Gun Medals and 31 kills including 11 in one battle.
