Depends on the rest of your setup. There is no way one could determine what kind of FPS you would get with a specific graphics card without telling the rest of your specs.

GTX650 will run the game very well if the rest of your PC is up to date.

i'm running GTX 680.... a 700€ card and trust me, WOT doesn't make it shine... i just get 44-90 avg FPS...not GPU fault for sure i can run Battlefiels 3 on ultra settings without problem, BUT WOT it's still slow...

Also ensure that your CPU has good single core performance(most AMD CPUs don't) since usually single core performance is limiting factor for WOT and I'd recommend SSD(imo WOT loads resources on the fly).

And then you wait 40s for the server to catch up...

True, it uses only 3.5 GB, but works fine.

Personally, I'd recommend buying an AMD card. Nvidia GPUs are grotesquely overpriced for their performance.

also the screen is a factor, i can get lowest as 23fps on a 19" vga screen with hd 4850 and highest settings, doubt i can run wot on high with a 40" plasma though

i dont see that

AMD radeon HD 7770 Directcut 1gb ddr5
clock rate : 1020 mhz
memory 1 gb
memory rate 4200 mhz

GeForce GTX 650 1GB = 1 € cheaper

clock rate : 1110 mhz
memory : 1gb
memory rate 5000 mhz

You can't measure a GPU's powet by its clock speeds, but rather by what those speeds yield.

If you look here: http://www.gpureview...1=681&card2=675 you can see that the 7770 is a tiny bit more powerful than the 650.

Also, these are lower-mid-range cards. If you compare the prices of higher-end cards, you'll see the prices favoring AMD.

3.25gb if we want to be exact :)

A bit off topic, but i also have win7 x32 that is limiting me to 3.25gb, but i need to use some programs for my college that supports only x32 win so i am stuck with it ;)

Well, I run with a AMD PhenomII Six core cpu and a AMD 5850 gpu. WoT runs smoooth with most setting on high, full HD resolution. FPS up to 107 on some maps, never dips below 40fps.

So a AMD system will run it just fine.

It is not the size that matter it is the resolution. you will have the same fps on a 19" 1080p screen as you would have on a 40" or even 300" 1080p screen.

im thinking of getting amd 6870 XXX dual fan, instead of gtx 650. now you can say its a "bit" more powerful :Smile_trollface-3:

altogh it costs 30 € more i think its a good investment.

anyone know how much fps i would get?

http://www.gpureview...ard1=635&card2=
amd athlon 64x 2x dual core +4400 2,3 ghz
3,5 gb ram
max res is 1680x1050

Not much. With my 6850 I was not able to play on max at 1680x1050 above 45-ish FPS (And It was OC'ed to over 6870 clocks)

It gets me something like 40-ish FPS at Max settings.

PS Dont use that site, it's a retarded way to  compare GPU's

PPS Other games run fine, but WoT is special
