I got better info from watching streams and reading chat for 11 minutes then there is in that article.

If WG was worried that not being able to post results for 3 days make them look bad, they found an excellent way to make them look worse :D

It's interesting - no one dreames about meeting someone competent in WG anymore but do we at least may get someone who give a s* working for WG?

"It was a really close game, because right in the rankings after the three Russian server teams there were two European teams. Both OM-Whitebeard from Germany and Golden Hind from Poland gave a great show and have proven that we are hot on the tails of the Russians!"
It's in the news text. Yes, they could've written more but at least they did not say nothing.

Problem was the maps used were from starladder - not ESL so we didn't have a chance to win the tournament as soon as a map like steppes or lakeville was chosen for that round, we're quite happy with our performance; we didn't train at all and we won some nice money.

At least EU didn't get buttfu**ed like US teams...

Very poor coverage from WG on EU news, RU server had the official news ready ~1-2 hours after games but unofficial results were there ~5 minutes after each game ended.

Uhm, why is OM called a team from Germany? I think they have members from UK and other countries too. Or WG pays no attention to teams that don't come from Russia?

Still, thanks to every EU server team that participated and represented our server, I am sure You worked very hard and did Your best :)

Was it Virtus. Pro ACES that had the green/grey t-shirts with the Ace of Spades on then? Those t-shirts were cool

Whilst the European guys and the American guys were drinking vodka and beer the Russians were discussing tactics; that gives you a taste of the difference between atitudes of the communities.

I would like to see more events like this in future. I had 4 great days in Moskow/Kubinka (for FREE :) ) and I had a lot of luck with weather - sun, high temperature. I made a lot of photos :D and I have to say that German tanks are very beautiful - King Tiger and Jagtiger :) Few photos in my online album.

Shame on you WG, you did NOT EU proud of you.
It's because of tragic relation from Ural Steel.

I cannot imagine how can you write anything to players after that failure.

Nikklemos if Your team is better than other and especially REDS why you were not there at tournament ? Hym ?
