Agree with players dissapointed that there's absolutely no bonus for players with russian or german tanks (like me :Smile-angry: )

Increased profit (although "just" +60%) for the "French Toiletpot", that's useful! And for the T49 users it's nice to see what the T49 was capable of in the financial department before the creditnerf hitted it hard a few months back.

Is there a reason why the TD's aren't "allowed" a full 100% increase in credits, like the MT had a while ago?

I have yet to buy any of the french TD's, however i have been researching them with my built up free xp. Now what i wish to know is which would be the best (as in silver making) french TD out of the three higher tier ones listed, the sca39 with 60% extra silver earning or the mce1946? with 30% extra income????

care to explain the 30% extra income on tds? , why not the usual 50% like the m4 sherman / kv1s got last special

honestly people are never happy on this game. really wargaming do a nice event aimed at people who play french and american TDs. what do they get in return?? a load of russian and german fanboys crying :Smile_sceptic:(or just selfish and ungrateful people)

Special is OK for those who play TD. I do not have any. Tried several times but that is just not for me (maybe will try turreted american TD line). Kept T18 for the sheer fun of one-shot destruction :Smile_Default: of other tier 1-3 vehicles. I had great fun with last 3-4 specials and I will pass this one.
Allied TD commanders - have fun next couple of days. :Smile_blinky:

Their specials also are wayyyy better now. I remember that for every event there was ragestorm on forums.

Nyahaha, I was eyeing that V tier frenchie and yankee for some time, sweet.

as a matter of fact these "specials" are advertisement and without them WG would loose (even more) players.
so it is self interest when WG puts out "specials".

now we just have a lot of TDs in Tier VI-VIII matches which means u have to play fast tanks or higher tiers to avoide the flood of weekend warriors

thats how it is announced in the calendar...
so thanks for nothing, another misleading special with no worth to players that dont own any of these tanks or dont have any interest in using/owning them.
no, i am not
-1 yet again

Yet again?  Do you mean the other events this month have been equally dissapointing for you?

http://worldoftanks....ember-calendar/

Specials
Last Days of World War II. Let's celebrate the end of the war with the first special of the month. It will be a huge party!
Prototype Week. We have some tanks in the garage which never went beyond the prototype stage. These days will be dedicated to some of them.
Ural Steel. Let's celebrate the preparations for the Ural Steel tournament with the first special Ural Steel: Road to the Finals -then prepare your tanks and your crew and jump in the Ural Steel Final to enjoy other bonuses.
Allied Forces - Invasion of the Destroyers. Tank destroyers are those sneaky stealthy vehicles with the ability to really mess up your day with just one shot.  During this weekend. They will also be the source of some great bonuses!

Yes, if all you looked at was just the calendar I can see the confusion. The description following the calendar explains that it's directed at Allied TD's however.
We have no excuse for the Prototype weekend. That should have been clearer in advance that it applied to German tanks only.

Anyway it's really strange that there is nothing that applies for other tanks/classes. Usually we get one or more of the usual: 3(5)x win, extra crew training, cheaper consumable, cheaper garage slots etc etc....
now .... nothing.

A lot of people would have wanted to buy Stug III. -1

This is where I say "there is other events planned for other dates"  And everyone is all like "awwww Ectar not again! We needz it nau!!"   Always 1 step ahead guys :Smile_glasses:  We can't do everything at once sadly.  September has had a lot of bonuses with things like 5x exp then 2x crew training, then 3x exp, already in other events.  It's not on the calendar but there is an event for the 28th also. That was part of October's planning, I'll try to get the calendar updated with those details.

Why no hellcat?
Why?
Why the **** no hellcat?
It hasnt been in any good special yet, and u put tanks like T25/2 there, but not the *** **** hellcat? Stop hating it. It has been only once in an event in discount.
And why i post this? because i love hellcat. And i want extra credits for it. I want it to have a worthy special because it is not a big tier tank.
I think you should remove slugger too from the special to make it fair.
Now give me some - or +.

I've had the T25/2 researched for a while and although I wasn't planning on buying it, this special might just give me the nudge to do that. :)

You can make 1000 dmg/battle playing solo in this little beast T49 so the amount of silver you earn in this special will be huge.

Looks like a nice special overall.

Absolutely nothing for me, but I had an epic run of three or four specials that were like tailor made for me, so I am good. Too much good things is a bad for you.

Maybe I will finally get the KV-2 to elite.

Anyway, good job overall, looking forward to next special. :Smile_great:

On the other hand we fare better than the Russians...their special ist even more specific.

September, 18, 10:00 (GMT) on September 24 9:30 (GMT) you can expect:
Express twice pumping crew on all types of equipment.
50% discount on PT-ACS: T18 , T82 , T40 , M8A1 , M10 Wolverine , T49 , M36 Slugger , M18 Hellcat , T25 AT , T25 / 2 .
Increased to 60% return on PT-ACS: T18, T82, T40, M8A1, M10 Wolverine, T49.
An increase of 30% return on PT-ACS: M36 Slugger, T25 AT, M18 Hellcat, T25 / 2.
We wish you success on the battlefield!

Half price for T2 and T3, i wonder how some guys in this forum would comment on that........
:Smile_confused:  Say what now...

I know, 2x crew training. But at first reading it sounds rather dirty.
