The reason you lose money in a su-101, look at the shell cost....No...it's not a typo.
The shell actually costs as much as an E-100 one. And you spit them like sunflower seeds.

plz go to the developers link and help me fix the su-101 i am going for the amo fix and a bit more armor or gun angle\depretion plz help me fix it.

You have to show your whole body to shoot for pathetic 320dmg, you lit up like a torch and get shot for more than half your HP. Sure I got nice games where I just exploited my team and did some damage from a far, but holy cow, what a junk. Do not touch this tank!

This whole line is a stupid idea... "Lets make flanking tank destroyers!" That there is a contradiction in terms. Great job, WG! I hope the Obj 263 is worth this pain you have given us with the SU-101.

With simple words it sucks big time. Needs to be rebalanced. (bigger armor or bigger pen or both)

SU-101: 3000 total dmg / 320 average dmg = 9.375 shots needed. 9.375 shots x 1230 credits/shell = 11531 credits
ISU-152: 3000 total dmg / 750 average dmg = 4 shots needed. 4 shots x 1650 credits/shell = 6600 credits
This doesn't take into account that the su-101's gun has terrible penetration. So in reality the cost will be even higher.

No need to waste any more comments about this, because in this game barely 30% of the tank is properly balanced.

WG is soooooo in front of everything, this tank will be moved to A/A line when airplanes will be apllied.
Especially at airport map i have fun trying to hit airplanes because to hit a tank i have to ram it.

Though this tank is a BEAST tbh. I've had more than my fair share of 6-7 kills per game and 70-80k profit. The ammo is indeed quite expensive but the great accuracy and aiming time of the top gun more than make up for that. You really shouldn't miss too much and should have no issues penetrating weakspots.
I usually play it in a wolf pack as medium support and it WRECKS other tier 8 meds and can dish out a lot of damage to tier 9s and even 10s if left unattended. Basically this seems to be the T-62A line of TDs - we can wreck your ass if you ignore our small alpha and high RoF
