today i received a call from a unknown number on my telephone.
the man didnt say his name only said hey was from Microsoft helpdesk.
hey said there was a problem with my computer and i had to turn the computer on for him.
and then i had to give him acces to my computer.
but i was smart enough not to do that.
cause hey was after my private information like bankaccounts .
i made a call to microsoft for information and informed the police about it.

so dont be to friendly to help this caller .
hangup the phone and if hey stays calling inform ur telephone provider.

Greetings Rhez

People should never give their details out to anyone anyway.  When cold callers ring me and start to talk I just hang the phone up.

Surprisingly there are still people who get tripped on something like that...
And it's called "he" not "hey", if you refer to the other person on the phone.

"Hey" is a salutation, not an article

No intensions... you did the right thing.
I just said I'm wondering that there are people out there who let themselfs manipulate so easily, because if there weren't such people, there wouldn't be such "services"
