Hi Guys.

It's been a little while since i've been online here (been taking a sabbatical), and hope my models are still going strong  :Smile_glasses:

This is just a quick headsup to anyone looking for a DayZ private hive. Its run by myself, so at least a semi-well-known trustworthy face. I've been running it for since August and have an active user base (circa 120 ppl), and of course awesome admin :Smile_trollface-3:

Server:

Veteran
Crosshairs OFF
Waypoints OFF
Third-person ON
Various anti-scripting measures + one eagle eyed admin

Server is hosted in the UK on a twin processor, quad core dedi box with 100mb/s connection situated in professional data centre. Server relies on Whitelist so you need to sign up on forums to say hello first.

Feel free to come along and say hello!

Not really if im honest. But the private server creators, like bliss, have managed to get rid of some off the core glitches like vehicles repairing themselves and unlimited ammo and drop etc. In a closed community group though it can still be very fun.

If the developers allowed DayZ to be played by people who have Arma 2 and the Reinforcements expansion ( which I really cant unterstand , since it uses the same engine )  , instead of Combined Operations only , I sure would give it a try .....  Sadly I cant  :Smile_sceptic:

The big issue I hear of is all the hackers... Even private hive's can have hackers sneak in. Equally the game its self looks very, very twitchy.

It looks fun and interesting, but needs some serious polish before I throw money at it.
