The voice-over is starting to annoy me more and more.

"Maahhhnouuverubilitehhh"

Mantlet = Man-telt.
Turret = Tourretes

"a French heavy tank which is greatly appreciated by everyone who plays it"
What have you been smoking?
I've never heard anyone say "this is a good tank!"
Not even when fully upgraded. Yes you can go by, but it's definitely not a tank praised for being good.

What for piece of propaganda i just watched??

-Good frontal armour, even better when angeld?? Ur kidding me? Maby against lower tier tanks, but tanks of the same tier and higher normally penetrate you with ease
-Good gun to fight tier 8 tanks?? euhm...... Well yes it has a very high "paper" penetration valeu ... but most of the time you wont hit the target, the gun is famous for its 0% and track hits... 60% of all shots do no damage at all or even wont hit the target at all.
As said in the video, you need to aim 3 full seconds, and the accuracy aint that fantastic as they claim... and ofcourse, do you guys realy think the tier 8 tanks wont shoot you in those 3 seconds you are aiming?? Then why the hell so lyric about the gun?
Gues i dont need to explain to everyone that in a tier 8 battle the tier 6 tanks are priority target for an easy kill, and that you can not rely on your team mates to protect you...

A very good tank if used propperly? that is just easy propaganda, for saying "nooo its not a bad tank, you all are bad drivers"... compair the ARL 44 with the KV-1s, KV-1s bounces more, has a better gun, is by far more mobile... KV2, has a far better chance to fight higher tier tanks effectifly....
to say short, bs argument WG.

Even more, the video tells it very clearly, fast tanks eat the ARL for brackfast, and for arty is an easy toasted.... and if you are in the higher tier battels, with higher tier arty, your just one-shot-offer... very special tank indeed.

"its an relieve for those who played the previous tanks of the heavy line" .... yes it is, since those are even more utterly useless then any other tank from any other tank line nation!
So to indirectly say that the previously tanks suck, doesnt make the ARL a good tank.... not at all.
and the tier 7 AMX is abit like a weaker version of the Tiger 1.... gues i dont need to comment on that.

Nice try with the propaganda WG,
Nice video with lots of information, but cut the propaganda a bit down, no need to be so lyric about a tank, not to mention that repeating the same information dozen of times. But still, nice video footage.
regards

Not sure why this was focus only on DCA45, I think that with current matchmaking the 13TR is better gun for this tank. Aims faster, better alpha, almost identical RoF. Lower pen is irrelevant in 90% of games, since rarely you will meet a tank that needs more then the 165 given by the 13TR. Overall I like my ARL and think it's on par with the rest of T6 heavies.

The guide istelf is the best one so far. With detailed walkthrough of armor, crew positions and module placement it makes a good video for both the users of the given tank and it's opponents.

I know this doesnt have anything to do with the arl, but could you add similar video of T34. It really changed when it was moved from tier 9 to tier 8. From fast aiming and fast firing, low accuracy, fair alpha, high dpm ,hull-down fire supporter to slow firing, fairly high alpha(only 10 above is-3 but still its something), high accuracy with abysmal dispersion on the move and aiming time, great penetrating sluggish fire supporter. I know how to play it but im not sure if many other T34 owners do.

212 pen XD

Sums the tank up

Edit: He said that it has a weak engine compared to it's heavy loas keeps it from reaching high speeds. WT*? It has one of the best heavy ( not counting French) horsepower per tonne ratio in the game.

I really liked that they showed how much armor it has (about 1.20) but they didn't say what the gunmantlet had or how effective the lower glacis was after sloping.

Voice is American English but spoken probably by a French or German person listening to to pronounciation, not UK English, he has a heavy accent.
Combine that with the fact that he sounds as if he has a blocked nose and you've got a hilarious caricature character doing a voiceover.

Come on WG, you can hire proper voice actors now can't you? What else would you do with all the money we throw at you?
