Hi everyone thanks for your support - tomorrow should be lots of fun and a great chance to raise some money for a worthwhile cause.

As Ectar has highlighted the Stream will be live for at least 12 hours from 12:00 GMT (13:00 CEST) tomorrow. Come and see Ectar (a.k.a. Captain Killsteal) and me play new British tanks for charity!

I don't get something
once the 0.8.1 will be launched, people will want to experience the brits for themselves or watch someone streaming his games !?!?
I for one will not play tomorrow for the simple reason that the servers are going to suffer from the biggest retard overflow ever. So many noobs playing and camping in the most useless places playing the newest patch. I'd rather watch someone else play and rage about it  :Smile_glasses: . For me, it would be unbearable  :Smile_trollface-3:

KillStealer...Oh I c wat u did thar!
For anyone who hasn't watched me playing with Quicky before, there is a running joke that we steal each other's kills

I thought it was just you stealing his kills :Smile_blinky:    I shall have to watch the recordings again to get my facts right.

Looking forward to watching later :Smile_Default:

well, if you take the RU (unofficial) server stats as a reference, you can see the 0.8.1 and british tanks did not attract much attention

Good evening good Sirs and Madams,

As you all know now, tomorrow is when update 0.8.1 goes live, Quickybaby will be doing a special livestream to highlight the finest machinery that Britain has to offer. As a special bonus I will also be joining Quickybaby for this adventure!

You can get the exact start time by following Quickybaby:
On Facebook
On Twitter
On Twitch TV

We plan to both go down the medium line and will be playing all day (probably a 12 hour session) so for those of you who may be at school, college, work etc, we'll still be playing in the evening when you get home.  :Smile_great:

Quickybaby will also have a donation link on his stream for Help for Heroes.

Thank you in advance should you decide to tune in. Until then, lets get reaaaaaady to ruuuuuuuuuumble!

quickbaby will be the first professional pro gamerer in wot  :Smile_trollface-3:

We're not having a short 10 min break to grab some food. We've moved from the Crusader to the Cromwell and have had some amazing games.  The new section on the east side of Dragon's Ridge has so far allowed us to have a monster game.  Humf has now signed off for a while so it will just by Quickybaby and I for the next few hours.

That's us now done for the evening.  We started on tier 5 and went to tier 7 and unlocked the Comet.

The charity target was £250 and we reached £330 in the end.. In total we managed 95 games.  The best games of the day were probably on Dragon's Ridge with a 3 man Cromwell platoon.  I'll try upload that match to the replay section as it was awesome.

Good to see you managed to attract some donations, Don't suppose you or quick had WoT Statistics open during your session. Would be quite interesting see what statistics you got overall on each tank and an overall average.

You can see my point of view and Quickybaby's point of view for the epic Dragon Ridge battle here:

http://forum.worldof...s/#entry3119632

Free exp was used to unlock the Crusader and was also used to unlock modules for both the Crusader and Cromwell.

Crusader games, 36 played with 61% win ratio 516 average exp.
Cromwell games, 55 played with 73% win ratio. 718 average exp.

Quickybaby has higher average exp for each tank than me as he's a better player and he's very dam good in medium tanks.

The majority of the games were in 3 man platoons.  To really judge the Cromwell I'll need to fight against it now with my Vk3601, Jumbo and Hellcat.  It plays like a  Easy 8/T20 hybrid.  It doesn't have the gun depression of either however.  I'm not sure if I fear it.  I think if we did 55 games in any other tier 6 we could probably get the same results. Tier 5, 6, 7 matches or 6,7,8 matches are really fun and there is lots you can do.

We had some other games in the tier III heavy line tank the A10. That was for the few rare games we got caught out and all 3 of us died early in a match.

I have to admit that Eastern flank on Dragon Ridge really adds something to the map, I might have to slap myself when I say this but... I quite like that map now, the physics also really brings something to it. Maybe in a week or so less people will kamikaze down the rice fields though.

It's really fun. You can spend the entire match fighting there and not go to the west flank which has some cool changes too.  I hope to see it a lot more in rotation as it will take a while to learn all the new angles and approaches.
