Bataille B1-ter: Prototype was built in 1937. However production was focused on the B1-bis. Added a mechanic to the crew. A few were produced with Renault engines. It had a shorter BDR transmission gear which made for more room in the fighting compartment. The upper track went under steel tunnels and the side armor was sloped. The 75 mm gun was given a limited traverse of 5º to both sides.

Seems like a pedobear for tier 4  :Smile_veryhappy:  . Tbh I like the looks more than the bis one , the skirts make it beautiful ..

the 75mm gun actually has some traverse? Excellent!

On the B1 bis the hull gun literally has NO horizontal traverse. I really don't think it will be useable at all even if/when multi-gun support comes in.

There isn't much possiblity for the Ter to be added, since it's an improved Bis but not improved enough to be tier 5. and since there is no tier 4-and-a-half...
What needs to happen is Ter's traversible gun as an upgrade for B1!  :Smile_veryhappy:

Actually i think this has place as tier 5... 75mm as frontal armour plus angled side skirts wich should bring sides to at least 75mm, plus 75mm gun on hull working, i think this tank could be tier 5 once multigun support is available, but then again it could simply be a tier 4 french premium

Also when multigun support becomes available B1´s hull gun will have traverse, even if historyically it didnt have, wargaming will give it even if just 1º of traverse to each side, because they have already done that with other tanks like SU-18

Don't forget that B1 has a mere 47mm gun in a one man turret... not good for the MM of a tier 5 tank. And even the hull gun is pretty much the french equivalent of the PzIII/PzIV short 75mm so it isn't very strong either...

It's a shame WoT doesn't have a "hull upgrade"  option, that would probably fix the Bis/Ter problem

Indeed, facing tier 7´s would be problematic, maybe just a tier 4 premium then

Is the multigun support actualy confirmed or is it still just a hopeful thinking?

Its not confirmed... but i see it as a step to take this game to another level sooner or later, and i dont think wargaming will ignore that.

without the big-ish 75 in the hull, the thing is still doomed to use the barly-adequate 47. Must has multi-gun.

I think they should entirely replace the current B1 with this. As a B1 fan, (believe it or not), I am sick of the constant B1 rants. I also think they should buff the gun.
The 75mm was originally a gun used against buildings, and therefore it should have around 25mm pen to be realistic. So I would like the AMX 40's top gun with improved RoF and around 80 pen instead.

i really want this multi gun support, freakin annoyed of the 47mm pee shooter when i have a howitzer than can actually do some damage against those tank the 47mm begins to struggle against
