All you really need to know about German AFV colours is that for most of the tech tree WG used the wrong colours so that even with the camouflage you paid for it still looks wrong. That and a large number of tanks, specifically German, have basic errors on the models.

There is a cross-section of a T-54 available in the PanzerMuseum of Munster. Very interesting, maybe we'll make a video out of it.

To me, this seems more like T-55. Barrel (thermal shield and smoke extractor) and smoke grenade launchers...

There is cut-open T-54 in Parola Armour Museum.

Indeed, I said something wrong.
This tank is actually a T-55 AM2. Thanks a lot for pointing that out, I'll change the previous post.

Sorry for the mistake.

Well, I bet you are not the first (and probably not the last) to get them wrong... :)

Hi Rich mate,we spoke on the gamescon last year...here´s those fotos of the Centurian we had still back in 1982/83.
Then you tanky guys got jealous (3RTR Iserlohn) and wanted it back after all our hard work.
Yes it was fully operationally...and we even past our Tanky course... even though we were Royal Artillery OP´s...

Great thread.

I enjoy to see what comes here,  as I was a old Army guy myself.
We had Leopard tanks when I served, so I did never see some old tanks.

I wonder is it possible one day to see, the inside of some German tanks?
I know its hard to find some with proper orginal state of its interiour, but perhaps we get lucky one day. :)
