Literaly - WTF!! The two Pz38 capped the base before our team could even realy reach them...  I've never seen so many 0 and two digit XPs - ever. And not a single tank was killed that day... Holy cow batsh!t WTF!!?  :Smile_ohmy:

Well your team didn't have any really fast tanks, but this still seems very unlikely to happen. You need like 2 minutes of pure capping time to get to 100% with two tanks on encounter, surely you must have reached the flag by then? Got a replay of that one?

Anyways, funny outcome ^^

Well this is truly a WTF moment...
But then again how could they cap so easily without being seen? I smell a lemming train.

I guess there were more of them at the cap, but the two Pz38 started it. Sadly no replay - it was over before I realised it even started... I was just on top the hill and starting to push down when the 'Defeat' message popped up and I was like "WTF!". 50% of our heavys at hill, 50% somwhere half ways to the cap.

How the hell can you not notice the cap progress bar?!

Or the Siren going off....that said, blame isn't YOURS totally...there were 14 other players who blindly ignored the Cap counter building up until it was too late.

Happens though...sadly  :Smile_sceptic:

This shows, yet again, 2 things:

1- Capping gives very little exp, while the team damage contribution factor, counts for alot of exp.

2- Most people don't give a shit -if they even notice- about friendly base capture.

Lemmings vs Lemmings and some Lemmings won?

Took WG years to bring gameplay to this stage of perfection, don't spoil it now by complaining. Works as intended.

from my latest experience I have this suspicion, that 95% of players don't know what that red progress bar means... looks like I am always the only one returnig back to base... and if I'm too far, pinging at base does not help either... very weird, must be some graphic bug on their computers...

I had exactly the same feeling in the latest part of my WoT experience... It feels like you're playing with a team of people who do not understand anything about the game and they're still torn between a lot of questions about life, death and universe in general, such as:

1. Err... how do I move the tank?
2. Wth are those red things that move on map?
3. Map? What map?
4. How do I shoot?
5. What happens if I shoot randomly around me?
6. Why is there a circle on the ground?
7. What is the siren noise?
8. Where do I go?
9. Why did I came here?
10. Who shot me?
11. Why did my tank explode?
12. What happens if I go into water?
13. Why did the screen turn to sepia color and I can't move?
etc, etc...

Welcome to the hell of randoms.

Your team had a T-34/85, which really should have gone straight to the cap zone to prevent just that thing happening. That vehicle should really make complete pudding out of PZnAs.

But yeah, that's an example of a poor match-maker. Giving your team a load of KVs while outfitting the enemy with swift AMXs and a T-20 was going to make it a bit unbalanced if your team were not bright enough to secure the most important part of the map.

Wait - of course I noticed the cap bar. Though I concentrated on the enemys in front of me as I saw that half our team was on the way to the cap - a few rounds fired should decrease the red bar - so I continued to try to capture the hill, thinking it's all in good hands (as in most cases, when many are in the cap circle, they usually get blown to pieces very quick in my experience)

Only it seems noone bothered to fire a shell towards the flag.... And I'm not saying I'm not responsible for our defeat, I'm guilty of trusting in the team which makes me pretty naive I guess  :Smile-bajan2:

I didn't close the game, so cast another look: the AMX and the two Pzs capped... AMX 45 cap points so he was probably first to cap and joined bythe Pzs. Awesome!
