Useless.
The <insert_insult_here> players don't watch such clips. Also flanking is something that every decent player know how to do it.

Most people in random battles dont understand what the term flank even is. I remember recently on one of the city maps (I forget which one), the enemy had a rather large group in one spot in the city, and in responce my team formed nearly all 15 tanks into one big group and threw themselves head on at the enemy group and it devolved into a shell tossing match.

Rather than join that group I declared that I, in my M6 (with top engine and 90mm), was going around the buildings to get into the rear of the enemy and asked for a few mediums to join me. No one did and upon reaching the flank I took out one from the rear, got tracked by an arty and then shot to bits by much bigger enemy tanks.

Then the funniest thing happened. I asked, rather annoyed, "FFS do you people even know what flanking is?"

Person on my team replies: "If you're so good what is flanking, genius?" At which point the 4 enemy tanks, which no one had noticed slip away at some point before I reached the enemy rear, came up behind my teams massive group and proceeded to slaughter them.

My responce: "That was flanking".

Infact thats happened many times in random battles. My point is, especially considering all the kid did after was insult me as the match ended, dont expect miracles, and certainly dont expect even basic tactics from a random team.

Wish they use this voice for every video. The voice in the video of the VK 3002DB sounds crap.

Interesting but no use for a lone random player, hopelly scouting next time will be more useful.

These tactics are great for CW and CB and to some degree even for platooning in randoms.

I've seen them being used (properly) in CW and they are very effective. Takes some practice though,
you gotta know your platoon mates got your back and vice versa.

So yeah in plain randoms on your own it's not likely to happen.

Great video nonetheless, i advise every one to watch and practice these tips. It's basic combat tactics you know :D

Well, I stopped watching, when I heard "practice this maneuvrs in random battle". I will not write what I think about author of that words, cause I do not wish to get banned.

That film is totally useless for random battle players. Usually 12-13 people in your team had no idea about basics of cooperation and flanking and you want to teach them surrounding maneuvrs in groups? LOL
