When I check my own rating and some of my friends ratings, there isn't much difference between this and the ER.

My ER says I'm "great", but bordering to "good"...the PR says I'm "good", but bordering to "great".
Last 460 games it says I'm a unicum, makes sense, last batch of played games are better. Still learning and trying to improve.
Same when I check my buddies.

Guess it's a good tool, but there isn't much difference between this and the ER and I doubt many players bother to manipulate the rating (kinda sad when people do that btw).

What I like to see is kill death ratio and damage done/damage received ratio :)

Anyway, great job, I like it!

Whats the recent change? I had ~2230 now 2030. Did you boosted WR% in the calculations?

This is flawed. Get derp gun or arty, load with gold= high pr.

But you actualy are usefull to the team. This rates your performance - ergo your usefullness to the team.

Only shown for NA accounts. I thought it was NA server initiative and wasn't sure others would have interest.

I would be interested ...

This is also "flawed" in that if you suddenly start playing a lot better and being a lot more useful to your team then you get a high PR.

But try to demonstrate your case with an example of a player who has done this. It is possible, but finding someone who has actually done it will be quite difficult as such cases are very rare.

There was an increase in minimum battles required to get unicum PRs to deal with alt accounts getting too high PRs.

Then you should boost accounts that started from scratch, no premium, playing with 75% crew and grinding tanks at stock...  but yeah, its too hard and no such stats exists.

Whats the minimum battle #?

Cos im grinding like mad on the Tiger P to get Ferdinand. ;)

An idea is to show the proportion of tank class used. For example divided in scout, medium, heavy, TD, art (not considering nation and tier).
This would give a good picture of what type of tanker is behind the stat. It would also make it easier to compare tankers of the same type, since it has its limitation to compare a tanker who prefers to scout with arty player for example.

Good work btw

Yeah right and farming cap/def -points really shows how effective someone is, I bet you are just mad you wasted your time capping to hope it would boost your stats so you could claim you are "pro" when this rating just shows you are a little bit above average :X.

Very nice work with this; seems much more useful than the old efficiency rating.

Do you have any plans to implement listing of performance ratings for all players in a clan?

I was wondering, why does noob meter shows efficiency when PR is standalone? Or is ER used to compare to PR?
I'm not saying its bad that it shows ER, its good as people can see their ER as well as their PR. But just wondering.

Is it possible to have separate statistic for last day only, like planet wot does?

Hello! You can use the WOT assistant for smartphones, although it doesnt count the Performance but in it you can compare all stats that WOT is posting on its homepage on daily, week or two week basis.

I'm also interested in WN3. Read the thread on NA forums and I'm interested to see how I stack up to the 'muricans.

Update 11-Dec: New version in, fixes some issues with people's alt accounts getting to top of server list too easily. Should not have no impact whatsoever on most peoples ratings.

Would you care to elaborate on exactly what was done here?

  • Significantly lowered impact of winrate compared to damage
  • Completely rewritten / improved / largely eliminated "penalties" mechanism

What exactly does the penalty mechanism do and what does it affect? How much does the tier affect the result regarding damage done?

It is just for information purposes, as it is the "incumbent rating".

And people often forget that these numbers aren't really directly comparable, they are apples and oranges. PRs need to be compared between players, not with ERs.
