Dont know how much I can cause damage with my tanks, but I sure do some damage when I start chatting with so called "team mates"

EDIT: If somebody did not get that, it was a joke. There is no such thing as "team mates" in WoT.

Just a question that came to my mind while reading the german translation. Do you have to ram it or use some of the physics or just an awsome looking WoT moment with massive destruction?

One question regarding music: Am I reading it correctly that music released under some sort of CC license is not allowed?
Of course one would have to check if its license is worldwide ;)

Only training battles ? The moste epic things happens in battles, when its not in the script - you go there and I'll hit you there ... boring.

Why the stupid minimum of 7 friends ?
Omg I dont even have so much players in friendlist, not to mention to get them all together and play all at once. :(
I would love to enter, but I cant because of this :(

Somehow I thought the requirements would be collisions in random battles, as it was done once already in past with Kamikaze contest...

I have such a nice replay of destroying two enemy SU-152 and one arty with my T-43 in one single random battle...  :Smile_trollface-3:

"By entering the contest, you agree that your image could be published and used by Wargaming.net without any compensation."

So this is how you gather all that material for you promotional video's :) Well, at least it's somewhere decent that you pay some gold for it then hehe.

Of course international copyright laws grant me, as a maker of the video or screenshot, the powers to have you revoke that image or video from your promotional expression if I feel you are not portraying it in the best interest of the piece. This is because the copyright always stays with the original creator of the piece (and you don't need to register it in any way either), only the publishing rights can be transferred.
This is international copyright to which you as a company have to adhere too :)

Source: A copyright lawyer giving an extended lecture on the subject at my university back in 2009.

And just found this little interesting bit in the European Union copyright law:

Quote

Resale right
The Resale Rights Directive created a right for the creators of works of art to participate in the proceeds of the resale of their work. This right, which is sometime known by its French name droit de suite, is personal to the artist and can only be transferred by inheritance. It is calculated as a proportion of the resale price (net of tax), which varies between 4 or 5 percent for the portion of the resale price up to EUR 50,000 and 0.25% for the portion of the resale price above EUR 500,000. The total royalty is limited at EUR 12,500, equivalent to a resale price of EUR 2,000,000. Member States may choose to exempt sales of less than EUR 3000 from royalty. Works of art which are covered by this resale right are "works of graphic or plastic art such as pictures, collages, paintings, drawings, engravings, prints, lithographs, sculptures, tapestries, ceramics, glassware and photographs, provided they are made by the artist herself or himself or are copies which have been made in limited numbers by the artist or under his or her authority."

Seems like technically, unless specified differently in the country in which the work was created, you have to compensate the creator even though you cleverly put in the terms and conditions you don't. However since your terms and conditions never never are above the law they are actually void.
