Nice mod SMVueno!  :Smile_great:  What program did you use to modify the .swf files?

Cheers!

A feature or client for colourblind people was always on the to-do list for release. This just spurred the senior staff to give some priority to it because there is some expertise from the playerbase that can be used, which is what Beta testing is all about!

Ah okey, that's even better. ;)
Well i will do my best with this colorblind mod until a better option is available.

I was really supprised by the response from this community, i almost thought i was alone out here since i haven't seen anyone else doing this.
Always fun knowing that this helps other people with my defect >.<

@SmVueno: You cant imagine (well, i guess you do in fact? :P) how your mod helped me since you released it ^^

If you can manage to fix the armor penetration color, then, this will just be perfect :P

The following link is to an image that was posted in the 0.6.2.7 bug thread related to the colorblind mod.  Stuck Reticle

I'd also suggest that the .original files be replaced to reflect the current version of the game.  If they are different.

I should have added more detail.  In the linked image in the previous post, the blue part of the reticle would never move if you were free looking or aiming.  The gun aiming point would still highlight tanks, but the information would be displayed wherever the indicators and central marker was stuck.  This guy was lucky that his indicators and central marker were still visible in sniper view.  Mine were well outside of looking forward.

FWIW, V1.2 of the colorblind mod seems to work without any problems.

Yeah but if i use the original files i can't see the enemy :D so until then this is ok :) but i had this problem only when i wasn't in sniper mode but then i installed a colorblind reticle and then the sniper mode got like this also :D

i just copied 1.4 over my "orignial" without backuping, fail -
since it is bugged now, and the "original" files aren't "orginial" for the actual version, i am just redownloading WoT and trying the 1.2 version

sad that this isn't implemented yet but a useless "post-mortem" effect is, would have been the best xmas present for colorblind WoT players

Yeah, I had to download and do a fresh install to get things working again.  I may give 1.3 a test soon.  Having a bit of a busy day. :D

I'd have to add that the Readme.txt file included should indicate which version of WoT that each mod works with.

V1.2 still seems to be working just fine after 20 or so battles.
