Vatican News:

In a statement, the pontiff said: "After having repeatedly examined my conscience before God regarding the use of Gold ammo, I have come to the certainty that my strengths, due to an advanced age, are no longer suited to an adequate exercise of the Petrine ministry without using this abomonal heretical ammunition.

"I am well aware that this ministry, due to its essential spiritual nature, must be carried out not only with words and deeds, but no less with prayer, HE rounds and less suffering for those who relied upon their fortitude (Clear reference to the demise of armour in WOT)
.
"However, in WG's world, subject to so many rapid changes and shaken by questions of deep relevance Greed for the life of faith and money, in order to steer the boat of Saint Peter and proclaim the Gospel, both strength of mind and body are necessary (again, clear reference to Armour being required in his line of work), strength which in the last few months, has deteriorated in me to the extent that I have had to recognise my incapacity, even with auto aim, and angling techniques to adequately fulfil the ministry entrusted to me without the use of this evil.

"For this reason, and well aware of the seriousness of this act, with full freedom I declare that I renounce the ministry of Bishop of Rome, Successor of Saint Peter, entrusted to me by the cardinals on 19 April 2005, in such a way, that as from 28 February 2013, at 20:00 hours, the See of Rome, the See of Saint Peter, will be vacant and a conclave to elect the new Supreme Pontiff will have to be convoked by those whose competence it is."

A German government spokesman said he was "moved and touched by his devotion to the ruination of once mighty tanks such as the Maus" by the surprise resignation of the pontiff.
"The German government has the highest respect for the Holy Father, for what he has done, for his contributions over the course of his life to the Catholic Church and WOT.

You forgot to add that the Pope also expressed his sadness about all those Star Wars meme pictures on the internet that show him as Palpatine :Smile_Default:

In other news, islam High Mullah showed sympathy with the Pope's gold shell protest and expressed his hope that people will start using more high explosives from now on.

Sssssht you can't say sarcastic things based on real world situations here, you'll get negrepped for it  :Smile-hiding: (fixed your -1)

Apparently making fun of the pope is fine here but as soon as Islam comes along the negrepping begins....

He should have resigned because of all the pedotankers. And because of those who still preach not to use medkids when getting penetrated by other tanks...

SerB already said that he do not care about Pope reaction, because he, and all dev team are not catholics. Storm added that most of them are orthodox, but there are also some atheists (he also mantioned that some of those atheists are sad that there will have no longer chance to burn papatank) .

Resulting in a massive explosive end of the world.

And on other news (before the end is here), more children of the age of 8-12 started playing WoT. Causing the future downfall of WoT as we know it. Can WG change is destiny of insanity, only time will tell.
