Old card. I suggest you get the new generation 6xx card.

Don't get me wrong, it is a good card, but I would take a new one. I hope your rig has a decent PSU.

WoT doesn't support multi-GPU solutions. It can work in some cases, but it's reported than it usually doesn't.
If I was buying a new card right now, I'd go either with GTX660Ti/670 or HD7870XT/7950 depending on the budget.

I wound not recommend the ATI 7950 (I had one and had nothing but trouble with it), get the 590 and hope your PSU is up to the task.  Nvidia are by far the least problematic of graphic cards so my advice would be go for it.

Ati radeon does have bad drivers, altough they try to improve them.
The 7950 is a little bit better then a gtx 580, not that special

Ok no trolls, 7950 only a litle better then gtx580 ? your ignorant this card is far superior to 580 and with oc beat easy a gtx680 and bad drivers well thats a lie, since my 5850 that is 3 year i only use amd and before that i only used nvidia, i had more problems with gforce then amd. An gtx580 is trash compared to a 7950 in everything. Even a 7850 with OC can catch a gtx580 easy, i got  1 in my midcase and its superior then gtx580 at 1,150ghz.
But if you wanna buy old tech go for it compare a gtx580 and a 7950 ghz edition with the latest drivers close in perfomance.....

The AMD card will be more suitable for WoT than NV with its dual-GPU solution. As for the rest of the games NV will probably be a bit faster. You should consider their power consumption and possibilities of micro-stuttering of the NV card. I'm not sure which one would I get myself, probably NV. You should read some reviews and pay some attention to the specific editions which are being offered to you (noise levels, etc.).

I'd go for a more modern card. A GTX 6xx or a HD 7xxx card. Dual GPU settups are quite a hassle and cost a lot of power. Better to just have one single powerful card. Like the 7870XT/7950 or 660TI/670. Those are the best cards at the moment regarding price/performance. AMD drivers have always worked fine for me and most people I know. Nvidia driver are almost just as faulty these days. But in the end. It's all pretty dependant on the card itself.

But if it's between the 590 and the 7950. Go for the 7950. Get a Club3D Royalqueen or something and just overclock the shit out of it. It'll swoop past the 680 and 7970 easily

The HD7970 is one hell of a beast. You'll not be dissapointed by the raw performance that thing gives. Just make sure you get one from a good brand. Which one exactly are you getting?

One GTX 650ti with your current power supply will hold plenty.
