I'm sure there is a funny text there. Deserving of fifth place. ...but how can you expect those guys to ever talk English in-game if they are not even required to do so in an official WOT contest ?

Both songs are pieces of classic music.

Vivaldi's Four Seasons and In the Hall of the Mountain King by Edvard Grieg respectively.  I wasn't aware that classic music performed regularly by orchestra's world wide was copyright. Can you please provide evidence of this so we can check it out.

"The only music you can use is in-game music or classical music that was composed more than 100 years ago (Please be aware that we will take into consideration any issues where the composers of the music had any questionable affiliations or the content of the music is found as going against our EULA or ToS. Should we have any reservations it could lead to the disqualification of the entry). You can cut up the music for added dramatic effect. Include the list of the songs used and composer’s name of any classical music in the YouTube description."

Video 1 song:

Carl Orffs - In Trutina from Carmina Burana-1936/1937

So video 1 broke the rules, video 2-3 are using old "songs" performed by modern artists. And theese artists got a copyright on their songs, too....
I expect an answer, please.

This guy is right: this composition (as well as anything Carl Orff created) is still protected by copyright laws for at least another 39 years.

EDIT: besides, any RECORDING of the PERFORMANCE of the composition (even by Mozart or Bach, which is itself public domain) is probably still protected by copyright laws. I'd wage a bet that the musical pieces performed by orchestras and used in those winning video entries are still copyrighted.

Ok this is retarded stuff yet again
.
I mean how hard is it to follow your own fking rules. Making this kind of mistakes all the time is not acceptable.

Mistakes in official tourneys, contests and even fking quizes. Get your stuff together please it doesen't make sense.
And yeah, we will take a closer look next time won't do anymore. I'm fking sick of these excuses all around.

And btw for your consideration i myself haven't participated in this stupid contest because i knew from before some lame stuff was gonna happen. Same goes for tourneys and other stuff...just bad bad and bad experience all the time.
