This is my idea for a few new crew perks. Feel free to comment your own ideas!

Commander: Moral Support- A crew is more willing to fight and will provide a 5% efficiency increase (More effective when combined with Food,BiA,Improved Vents). Obtained after 100% training

Gunner: Focused Fire- Gunner is more focus when aiming at a target. Increases accuracy by 2%. More effective when combined with Food,BiA,Improved Vents). Obtained after 100% training

Driver: Cruise Control- Driver has more experience in the tank being driven. Gives a 5% boost to engine power and acceleration.More effective when combined with Food,BiA,Improved Vents). Obtained after 100% training


Radio Operator: Fine Tuning- Radio is more sensitive to incoming signals from allies. 10% increase to radio range.More effective when combined with Food,BiA,Improved Vents). Obtained after 100% training

Loader: Heavy Lifter-More experienced in handling shells.Decreases reload by 5%.More effective when combined with Food,BiA,Improved Vents). Obtained after 100% training

most of those are just exsisting prks/skils changed slightly and renamed.. may as well just buff exsisting skills/perks as getting 5th skill complete takes 2 years
