Commanders,

We're planning to create a partnership with a manufacturer of scale plastic models and we need your opinion.
If you are a model fan and you have interesting ideas or feedback that you'd like to share with us, click on the following link.

Bear in mind that in the last question if you choose the option "Other", you should also tick one of tank available on the list.

Kind regards,
Supercharge

There are a ton of manufactures out there including the Flames of War series. If you decide to make some high detailed models in the same scale in plastic not reisien then I would consider it but its a hard market to get in on

Didnt you already had with Revell? this is how i received my Comet tank.

Spoiler

I am a bit confused now.

Some i strongly recommend
Revell: makes good 1;72 models, Also has cheaper 1:76 range of models.(Which look like the old matchbox kits)
Airfix: easier and cheaper models at the 1:76 scale.
Tamiya: Awesome 1:35 scale kits with great detail

You have Tamiya listed twice, as both Tamiya and Tamiya corp.

i would try and go for a more detailed tank with white metal/etched parts in it.  the scale modellers would be more inclined to buy them if they were like this  and any 1 wishing for a more accurate representation of a in game tank may also be swayed to buy 1 or 2.

Or you could go down the toy tank route and make very simple snap together tanks that any 1 can build but don't look very accurate with little or no details on them.
i would like a nicer larger model of a tank to display but most kits are not that large and the model pz4 i won a while ago isnt very big ( its still sat in its box unmade )

Now im hoping they will choose for a parnership with Trumpeter simply because these are cheap and good, this is nice for people who want to try out building model kits. Also why would you re-release current kits? I mean do something original that other manufacturers dont have like the IS-7, T95 or maby the tortoise.

T95 is available from Dragon, Tortoise is available from Meng.

I personaly play flames of war, great game but made in metal and prices up to 10 dollar per tank, when playing russian the quantity for quality rule is in motion so it gets pretty expensive pretty fast. Aftersome serching i found Theplasticsoldiercompany that makes models from plastic in pretty good detail. I could tell from my experiense that they make good stuff, and they already have pleanty of tanks in plastic. They would be a great choise to work with if you could contact them, as they have done alot of work with ww2 tanks.

Being a wargamer, I like my easy-assembly plastic kits... but I still have to say that Trumpeter were behind my favourite plastic tank kit (the KV-2). They even threw in rubber tracks so you don't have to spend eight weeks meticulously assembling each link and putting a little pin through...

some people may like making the track link by link, they look better than plastic ones as well.  but having a choice of both will please every 1 :)

Trumpeter gives you the choice.
They have several kits with different tracks and also additional kits with single link tracks (but for them you need time)
