interesting there is allready a book entitled rouge male its a work of fiction about an assasin being hunted after a failed mission.  Guess that books can share titles.

Guys believe it or not i do not publish the "specials" therefore this will not make any difference in the slightest as to when they are released. I just thought you might enjoy a 5 minute read.  Challenger. Over and out

ps. Note to self. Challenger never ever ever publish anything on a Friday  :Smile_sceptic:

Actually it will make the difference because now they want to make sure everyone sees this ad, and they know the traffic is higher because people are interested in new special so we can expect new special announcement like a bit before midnight.

That's just Conspiracy theory.

Someone please explain to me how many tanks were used in the Falklands War, I was there and I don't remember many battles involving tanks, it was all infantry on land.

Very interesting read, i love the articles on your column. Please give us more of that!

...but that "painting", ughh..my God is that cheesy! It reminds my of one of those Coyote-themed airbrush paintjobs fat bikers use to like on the tanks of their Harleys. No disrespect to the fighting men involved.

The_Challenger it's nice that you help show us books you feel will help improve are knolage and help us see wher andh ow to gain more knolage in your own feild of study.

it's a nice simple prize give away, and one that to the right mind will help them grow. prizes of this kinda are more important then some random free tank. they have lasting significance and so forth.

but for many of us, the book if not a good read, or of any real note. it's my loss that this is the case in my mind.. but that my own dision of what i choose to read for relaxation. it's just preference.

as such the winner will have to be willing to read the book and so will have found it important.

good you get that which you intended, whiel they get a prize that will be chrished.

but many of use are waiting for what we feel is more important news.

such as the next patch notes or details of the archer tank and or the next line for <insert yoru nation> next line.

the ones that post about the special are frustrated, that there is no news. when it's normally out by Thursday.

the longer folks wait the more impressive they hope it wil lbe and so they feel cheated when it fails to match there expectations.

nothing wrong with that, it's just life.

but is ther much on infantry for world war two that you can recommend??

or facts about any horse charges  agenst armour in world war two as i heared ther was one??

for me that sort of knolage woudl be of more interest also the 14th army which i tink is the berma one.

what type of armour did they have???

you see the desert campain is not interesting to me, but it's the one every one hears about.....

so for me, i'll rather learn about the jungale action of world war two, or waht is this week ends spcail.

but that just me. i'm glade ther are others who truly valause your effort on your prize. as i knwo it it is a good one, for the right person.

ragreds

I don't mean the prize, just the competition itself, bad wording :)

From wikipedia - FV101 Scorpion (wikipedia calls them a British armoured reconnaissance vehicle)

"Two troops from B Squadron, Blues and Royals served in the Falklands War. The CVR(T) were the only armoured vehicles used in action by the British Army during the conflict."
