I only know for sure how to calculate with the dispersion factor "after shot". Because I haven't tested the effects of movement and rotation. But to sum up the previous posts, the formula for calculating the true aim time after a shot is:

**t = AT * ln(***f*_{DS}) * 0.875 / (0.00375*GTL + 0.5)
Where AT is the listed aim time stat, and

*f*_{DS} is the factor "dispersion after shot". ln is the natural logaritm function. GTL is the basic training level for the gunner in %. If you use vents or have the brothers in arms perk, you must add 5 to GTL for each of them. Also on tanks with both a commander and a gunner in the crew, the gunner receive an additional bonus of 10% of the commanders training level.

Now, although I haven't tested it, my guess is that dispersion after rotation is simply the dispersion factor multiplied with the speed value. So for dispersion after rotation for the SU-18 you get 0.24 * 22 (degrees/s) = 5.28

The theoretical aimtimes for an SU-18 with a 100% crew and vents installed would then be:

After shot:

t = 4.5 s * ln(4.0) * 0.875 / (0.00375*105 + 0.5) = 6.1 s

After rotation:

t = 4.5 s * ln(0.24 * 22) * 0.875 / (0.00375*105 + 0.5) = 7.3 s

For a 75% crew and no vents, the aimtimes would be:

After shot:

t = 4.5 s * ln(4.0) * 0.875 / (0.00375*75 + 0.5) = 7.0 s

After rotation:

t = 4.5 s * ln(0.24 * 22) * 0.875 / (0.00375*75 + 0.5) = 8.4 s
