Finnish Defence Forces published 170k wartime photos

As the title tells, FDF published all war time photos to internet. All photos were stored as negatives in archives, up until 2009 when they started converting them into digital photos. Website was opened yesterday, but due to huge traffic, it crashed almost immedietly. Now it's "working", but is still slow as my internet connection in 90s. If it's slow for you, save it into bookmarks and try again in couple of days.

Photos are free for all uses as long as you mention "SA-kuva" as source   :smile:


Edit: This is quite a huge thing, as many of those photos have been dusting in archives for over 70 years. There are a lot of "new" photos, some that have never been seen by public.
