Most people in the world have phobias of different things so this thread is here to discuss those phobias

Me? Well, I have needle phobia, the extreme fear of needles and arachnophobia, the fear of Spiders

(some guys in the research department for phobias seem to have a rather strange humor)

And I cant resist to catch a spider when I See one.

Arachnophobia is something you can get over quite quickly if you want to. A mate of mine was terrified of spiders. She honestly was scared to death. She would stand at the animal room door so she could run and not feel trapped. I'd then get one of my tarantulas out in their tub and take the lid off. That was enough. A couple of weeks later the same. It only took around 2 months and she was over her fear. So much so that she now has quite a collection of pet T's herself. Look at pics on the web and have a read up about spiders. They're incredible. Take things really slowly. You'll soon get over your fear. The above technique worked on a forum friends fear. She can now catch spiders in the house and put them outside. A massive achievement. Good luck if you choose to stand up to your fear.

I've got 3 snakes, 1 lizard, 1 frog and 9 spiders.

People we need to get this fear of spiders under control. See my first post on tips. It honestly does work. My mate was terrified.

Acrophobia.... sadly I stand over 6ft, so I'm an irrational emotional wreck pretty much constantly

Injections and blood samples " Trypanophobia ".......and social phobias........and mysophobia (but not too much should i said compared to my girlfriend)
