Wargaming Support Ignoring Me

hi, i had a chargeback issue with wargaming a week ago and i went through the presidures of paying through billingpartner and the money has been deducted from my account including fees. wargaming said that after i pay through Billingpartner i need to contact them so they can unlock my account.

So i did and they told me on thursday (2/5/13) that my account will be unlocked on monday (6/5/13) if not then i will need to contact them again.

At this point i did contact them again becouse my account was not unblocked but i recieved no reply from wargaming since monday morning.

any ideas what can i do? who i can contact about ignoring me?
