WG support feedback after I wanted to restore back a premium tank; everyone getting their Tettrarch back know what I'm talking about :smile:
(Obviously, they told me to go away. After all.. they did restore another premium tank to me... ONE YEAR AGO; back in the days where there wasn't any rule about a maximum number of premium vehicles restore, nor did anyone thought it will ever exist)

Yes, I have a suggestion:
Stop telling your support people to answer and behave like overgrown computers that give out standard automated repplys to real people's qustions and problems

War Thunder, here I come.
It's not like what I asked here in my last ticket wasn't doable or didn't make sense. It was only a matter of no one giving a damn about it and not wanting to do anything about it.
I did liked this game, I did played this game, I was planing on playing the rest of them too. But now, I will make it a personal goal to not spend even a cent more on them.
My newly formed impresion is this: they can all crash and burn. See if I care any longer :\

I had only 2 times problems with my account and I have to say that I get good and fast support.

I dont ask for a restore of a premium tank but it has also to do with money, that has ben transfered to a wrong account (NA Server).

So from my point of view there is no reason to be dissatisfied.

Are you pissed because they wouldn't do exactly what you wanted, even though you've already had one premium returned and I suspect you sold it on purpose in the first place?
