R.I.P Lee Rigby, of the 2nd Battalion the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers.

Yesterday a brave hero was murdered on the streets of Woolwich London, the British Soldier was Lee Rigby, of the 2nd Battalion the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, our hearts go out to the family and friends and his child.

I would suggest gibbeting for the murderers, but there's a chance I would sound a bit too anachronistic

Was thinking of posting something myself as this happened in my home town!


Another good guy down, and this time really for nothing - just walking down the street perhaps to buy a beer or something, and this happens.....  Words actually fail me...............


Placed flowers at the scene today - well, a Police officer took the flowers and placed them for me for obvious reasons.



My mother still lives 20 seconds from there, called me actually when she heard the gunshots! Spent last night and today in town just trying to get my head round it - madness!

Oh yes indeed... Another young life ripped away by some hopped up, 'extremist' idiot.  

I have seen this in Basra and Baghdad, even in Nigeria itself (where those murdering scum came from) but never did I think for one second I would see it on the streets of the Smoke..

A wrath of which the like you have never seen will fall upon their heads.
