So i dont think im the only one who has disabled the ingame music just to listen to metal at max volume!

This topic is kinda made for metalheads, but feel free to post everyone.

So feel free to post here, which bands you like, which ones you think fit WoT gameplay, what sub-genre of metal do you most like?

Personally im relatiely new to metal music, as untill the age of 15, i didnt een know about its existence! i grew up listening to classical music, and some classic rock, as well as some hard rock... but since i discovered an old metallica album that belonged to my uncle, (it was ride the lightning, still my faourite album), i started looking up more metal bands, and listening to metal almost all day.
I like every subgenre of metal, some of em more some of em less (except -core genres, they are 99,9% poser stuff, not metal at all, and "nu metal" should be called no metal, cause its not...) but my favorite one is certainly death metal, with second in line being anything epic, with pagan themes and stuff you know...

When playing wot, i really like listening to Panzerchrist, a death metal band from denmark, which as you can guess by they name, sing about tanks and war. Its really chaotic and fits playing frontline, you just hear the drummer pounding the drums as fast as a machine gun fires, it really gives me this feeling, that i fight for glory and my life, that im in war and i must prevail....
Usually i dont listen to epic stuff while playing wot, cause i only play solo randoms, and usually the only epic thing that happens is epic fail. so i stick to death metal or thrash metal, of which i really like Sodom, also havinng lots of war themes.

What about you guys?

Iron Maiden kinda works best for me when playing WoT sober, otherwise I'd rather listen to some reggae-dub, keeps me from rushing and actually makes me play better!  :teethhappy:

Well, I listen to Death/Doom/Heavy/Technical Death/Thrash Metal, Hard/Progressive/Psychedelic Rock. I listen to Grindcore as well (only the old stuff like Assück, Impetigo, Nausea, Repulsion, Righteous Pigs, Terrorizer, Unseen Terror...). I usually listen to various bands from these genres while playing.

Sometimes it feels like half of the WoT users listen to Sabaton. I wonder if Sabaton consists of Wargaming employees =P

I like all kinds of metal and rock music, from Slayer to Nirvana, Architects, Queens Of The Stone Age, oldscholl death metal like Entombed and so on.
Today I had Rage Against The Machine running in the backround, I loved it :)

Seen a lot of ''metalhead'' nicknames, but none were open for communication...

Over 200GB of Black/Death/Thrash metal, there for the taking! Slayer can be a good catalyst, giving nice insults for retard team members and a morbid scenery to the game. But I found myself too often concentrating more on the awesome satanic melodies than the game itself. Always loved Metal, always will.

It is the hearts of Infidels we must consume, than so shall it be!

Metal-heads, Unite!

Classic punkrock of the 70s/80s, oldschool/newschool/noschool hardcore, 80s trash (metal, rock, pop, new wave...) + carefully chosen supplements from various genres.

But I really wouldn't be surprised to see "includes 1k gold code for award-winning online game World of Tanks!"-stickers on Sabaton CD jewel cases.
