POPULAR

Been actively grinding ISU-152 for past weeks and yesterday unlocked Object.
But between all those random shots with BL-10, waiting for it to reload, I got some thoughts which I decided to write.

1. There are two things BL-10 does better than anything else (except hitting enemy tracks)
First one - making enemy rage
Second one - leading you to rage state and wishing this thing never existed

2. BL-10 is a highly advanced weapon mechanism which includes a gun itself, loading and firing mechanism, shell and a sack of random.

3. BL-10 is so highly advanced weapon system, that it can hit targets at extreme distanced with super high accuracy as proven in practice. Altough, most of times shells just hit tracks.

4. You dont make shots with BL-10, BL-10 makes shots itself.

5. When in very dangerous situation, BL-10 automatically activates its aiming system to ensure safety of situation. After gun operator making a shot, shell automatically hits enemy tank. In place which was not selected.

6. Hitting weakspots with BL-10 is much easier than with other guns.

7. When BL-10 was being developed, it was planned to be called ЛБ-10 (Литр водки 10-го качества) a.k.a LB-10 (Liter Of Vodka of 10th quality level) by russian engineers. But since higher military persons didnt want such inadequate name, they changed it to BL-10.

8. Number 10 stands for 10th level or randomness which is also probably highest.

9. BL-10 is a great gun but random surrounding it is even greater.

10. If shell bounced, then there was a bug in whole system.

11. If physics were introduced on shells then you probably would see real flying light tanks, launched by BL-10 shells.

12. Reason of ghost shells with BL-10 was that it created a black hole just after shot because of multiple reactions happening and shell dissappeared in it. Now we have 0 damage shots which basically cause same event but when in contact with enemy tank armor.

13. Reason why BL-10 has not so high premium shell penetration is that it could create global problems if it was much higher.

14. Enemy seeing BL-10 coming out of corner, already makes him drive backwards.

15. If you score 0 damage shot on light tank, then shell probably went through and above mentioned black hole even didnt happen.

16. Because detracking enemy tank with most accurate shot is "just for fun" from BL-10.

17. Wanna get trolled without doing anything special? Get BL-10

18. Seeing ISU-152 on enemy team makes you wonder if he has BL-10 and some poor guy is going to be in his aim cirle and you definaly dont want to be that poor guy.

19.
0 critial
miss
detrack
bounce
detrack

20. Reason behind BL-10 bounces is called "why not?"

21. Because you can make enemy go in fifth rear backwards just by pointing BL-10 at him.

22. BL-10 shots can not only miss but go missing

23. People awaits incredible damage output from your gun. Just dont tell them most of shots just detracks enemy.

24. Had a battle with ISU-152s as top tanks for both teams. It was like thunder and doomsday for tanks.

Reminds me of Chuck Norris - maybe they used the essence of chuck norris to build the gun... would at least explain its performance.

This is so funny. Just today I unlocked the Bl-10 on my ISU-152. I hoped the stories about the BL-10 were exagerated, but alas, they were not. I had two (2!) bounces on the 80mm front of an VK30.02 (I mean, come on...how it that possible?)

I still like the occasional 9xx dmg hits a lot though  :playing:

I just had my 4th battle with the BL-10. This time the BL-10 was blessed I guess. I got The Mastery badge, Reaper, and one-shotted my first Tiger

25. The core of the UBR-551 shell used with the BL-10 is made from a special isotope of Rage. The number 551 only refers to the average isotop of the metal. The exact isotop is chosen at random with each shell fired.

26. The BL-10 is mentioned in one of the footnotes in The Book of Genesis as the one creation God couldn't decide if was good or bad.

27. The sigma for the gun dispersion is itself a number chosen at random when firing.

The more i play the ISU-152 the more accepting i am of the odd dodgy shot i

I can accept bouncing off the side of arty with his egg-shell armour when on the other hand i one-shot an IS-3 for 1500hp after ammo-racking him

It is also enjoyable waiting patiently for the T29 / T32 / T34 with their armoured turrets to slowly peak up over a crest, confident in their armour protection only to see them scurry away with 900hp less.....

.... that is because the BL-10 shell hits the whole tank, all of it, at the same time

No.

Chuck Norris is an internet meme from 2005 which stopped being funny in 2006; the BL-10 is a gun in the online game World of Tanks which is infamous for its unusually high alpha damage and penetration when equipped on a tier 8 tank.

I hope this was useful.

29. "Wuuut?! How 50 mm armor could ding that?!"

Edit. Changed 4000 into 5000 after one of yesterday battles...

30: if you first shot hit's a scout going full speed doing max damage and tracking it, expect the next 4 shots to bounce, no matter what you are shooting at.

31. The BL-10 doesn't shoot shells; it fires an early prototype of the Nokia 3310.
