Platoon and a case of beer helps ease the pain.

This is a notion that many people need to remove from their minds, it was one that I also believed before I got my first tier 10. Tier 10s are not the beasts many people believe they will get at the end of the grind. Coming from a player who owns 9 tier 10s and 2 tier 8 arties, the tanks that come before the tier 10s are just as fun and enjoyable to play as their tier 10 counterparts, in fact my most played tanks in recent months are my tier 1s, 3's and 4's as they are much more stress-free than tier 10s.

My tip is to just not worry at all about the grind as it is no use to stress yourself out over it when the end result is no better. It took me a while to figure this out as I just kept chasing tier 10s and branding the ones that I already owned as UP due to my giant expectations after seeing them demolish my old tier 7s in the old matchmaking system(oh the horror   ) and having a presumption that they were invincible( :teethhappy: ).

Of course this is all useless if you want to play in clan wars as they are mandatory in that situation.  :blinky:
Good luck and I will see you on the battlefield  :playing:

That's what I want it for. I'm thinking of getting the AMX50B and the IS-7. Is this a good decision? I'm also getting the KV-2 (Infi-trollz with big gun :teethhappy: )

This!
Most people play hundreds of games in tanks they don't like always dreaming of the "uber-cool-tier-10" and when they finally reach it they are disapointed. You will most likely spend more time playing the tanks leading to the tier 10 than the tier 10 itself. So make sure you pick a line with tanks you like. If you do so the grind will accomplish itself because its fun and even the tier 10 is more fun to drive if you know you had a good time getting it.

I have the IS-7 and I have to say its not my favourite tank. Because you never know how it will perform. Sometimes your armor absorbs / deflects all shots fired at you (side armor absorbing Jagdpanzer E-100 shots from 90° angle) and sometimes it wont. The rounds were nobody can penetrate you you are angry at yourself that you did not just drive into the enemy and made the most out of them and the rounds were it won't your just {Moderated}.
Don't have the AMX 50B so can't tell you about it.

Ah, two paragraphs for nothing then   ......jk
The IS-7 is a pretty good tank but is nothing stand-out and from what I hear the bat chat (Which I own but would not recommend as a first tier 10) is better in clan wars than the AMX 50b (I've never even seen one used in my clan wars battles). The No.1 Tank that my clan asks for clans wars is the T110E5 which is also what I face against the most in CW although some of the specialised vehicles like the 215b 183 are used if they are available. The IS-7 will get used in Clan Wars though if the team isn't full of T110E5 although I have met and been a part of a clan that only used IS-7s although these are fewer in number these days, it's the reason why I got both of them  :blinky: .
Sorry that it's a block of text and I'm quite tired lol  :honoring:

I don't play music while playing WoT, I feel like this game demands from me being constantly focused, and I feel distracted by music.

Back to topic - after some time spent playing WoT, everyone should realize that reaching T10 is not a priority. The priority is discovering the best tanks for you and having fun with it. T10 is probably too serious to have fun - the costs ruin the fun of playing T10. The sweet spot is between 5-9 tiers and this is where I get fun. When I say T10 is not fun - remember, it's my opinion, it may vary from what you think and I'm cool with that
