SAPPHIRE HD 6770

I was wondering is this card good to play on medium-high and high setings,

I have amd athlon2 x3 450 3.2 GHz

and 8 GB G.Skill Ripjaws RAM

You'll better be with a Pentium 4, as the engine still doesn't use more than 1 core of your processor.

LoL people are saying that WoT has no multicore support but when I go under task manager and and set affinity for WoT to max of 3 cores I lose about 20-50% of FPS is WoT. And it does not matter what cores are being used by wot.

Well, it does and it does not. The engine itself does support dualcore CPUs. On the other hand, the version of the middleware Umbra used in WoT to render most of the graphics does not.
