Now, it's not often that a Support system makes me giggle, but my god.

I created a ticket to resolve a issue I had, all went dandy. Two days later, no reply yet, so I made a ticket inquiring to the status of my ticket, and here the magic of Support starts.

Instead of answering my first ticket, Support moved the contents of my second ticket into the original one, thus resetting it's position in queue instead of actually answering my ticket...

If you were ever looking for the definition of I cant be arsed, here it is.

If you sent the second one without the first being answered first it will reset your position in the que....as i found out myself once...sucks

The best part now being that I get a ''Hey, sorry it took long. But I am not going to read your ticket and give a general response that makes no sense and contradicts itself every other sentence''
