Well, you might be able to play it, if you tweak it with mods that lower the FPS need

Well, the CPU is a big problem at the moment. WoT is very CPU hungry. A Pentium (which today is only a new name for a Celeron CPU) is bad and the low clock speed doesn't help.
The videocard is a bit below the system requirements, while being a Geforce 6800, it has less performance than the desktop version.

The biggest problem is your RAM. Only 2 GB with Windows 7 which already eats about 1-1.5GB RAM on itself doesn't leave that much left for the rest, so loading times will be pretty high and you will encounter frequent FPS drops because your PC runs out of RAM and Windows swaps to the pagefile.

It will run, but will it be playable? Doubtful.
Will it be enjoyable? I don't think so.

What would you recommend as a minimum laptop requirements to run a game on lowest details with about 20 FPS at least?

Core 2 Duo 2.0 or something weaker?
3-4 GB RAM?
GT240M enough?
