Anyone knows, why T-43 had driver's position moved onto right side of the tank? In Russia there was right hand driving system (just like in almost whole Europe these days), so why did Russians move driver from left (T-34) to right (T-43)?

I don't think the Soviets really cared whether the driver's position conformed to LHD or not. Just look at the heavy tanks for example, right down from the KV up to the IS-3 the driver's position is in the center.
I think they put the driver where it best benefitted the layout of the tank.

A wild guess is that as there is no radio operators position, as in T-34, the driver can be put more to the center. But as the T43 has turret quite in front of the tank and the slope of the front plate is less than in t34, there is little room to the escape hatch. In T-34 it is located in front of the radio operator.
So I think it is that because of the existance of the escape hatch the driver is not in the center and as the gunner and commander are left from the turret the escape hatch has a better position at the left side of the tank and closer to the crew (never mind the loader anyways   ). For example in T54-T55 the hatch is behing the driver and in front of the gunner, that is on the left side again.
