T71? Perfect target to shoot HE at.

Keep playing soft tanks like Hellcat, T71 or new GER TDs boys. More targets for my HE shells.

I am Joking of course, I'll soon be grinding the T71 branch too. Should be a rather short grind as I have unlocked lots of modules from other US branches I played.

I am looking forward to it, waiting for my brother to train a propa crew. I ll be hopping with 1-3 skill crew in Tier II :D

Just got this a couple of days ago and even driving it stock I'm loving it. Won a tier ten game in it on 14 hp after pinning the enemy back on the hill in Redshire with my spotting, allowing our team to capture the base unopposed. 4k spotting damage was pretty nice, as was the laugh of an E-75 rushing me down the hill trying to ram, only to have me dodge at the last second and fire a shot into his engine, leaving him immobilised in the middle of the open with 4 tier 10 TDs pointing at him. :playing:

You guys would have just loved the T-50-2 :)...

Problem at this point is comparison to other light tanks, it's... different...

I wondering how many experience/damage/scout points will I need to get Ace mark at T71? Who have got this mark during last few weeks? What are approximate numbers?

About to unlock this fella. I've actually enjoyed the T21 and was even considering keeping both...but looks like I'll get at least as much fun out of this light

After 1500 battles, my boys at the helm have skill number 4 unlocked, and are on their way to number 5!!! Does anyone if they will get promoted again, if at all? My commander was a Major before he hit 100% on the 4th skill... is 4 completed the maximum promotion? I realise that IRL they probably wouldn't send out Colonels or Generals, but this is a game, and it would be funny to see a 4star General in the field of battle XDDD

Major Eden Mcdowall            :honoring:

Captain Conrad Winn            :honoring:

Captain Farley McPherson    :honoring:

Actually, you can check the .mo files which contains all the crew names and ranks (You can also change them here to whatever tickles your fancy). The ranks do stop after Major.

Let me check if I can find an example here (I'm at work currently, so no WoT installation :P).

[EDIT]

These are the ranks for the USA:

Hate that thing with a fiery passion.

Being classed as light means you are extremely team dependant. And with all those tomato idiots around who could not tell the [edited] of their tank from the front, being dependant on your team SUCKS. Combined with the laughable alpha damage it means everyone and their mother can and will turn the guns to shoot at you, which means you can almost never empty the clip or die within 0.4 seconds.

And if you happen to be on a map that allows for spotting, if your team is crap they will not even hit all those nicely lit up targets!

And yes, if you are very good at scouting, you will probably like this tank alot. I'm not however, which makes me hate it

Still average 60% WR over 164 games. So not the most team dependent tank ever. And that was when my recent stats at that time were only running at around a 51% WR. 843 xp/game. besides it isn't an amx 13 75 which can't pen anything. This thing has 175 pen, 2mm more than you get on the t69.

You can do decent damage in this thing, but your main objective is definetly spotting, 2.54/game oh yeah. stat padding tank if I ever have seen one

sick to death of playing this tank and other players trying to force me to play to their style, I prefer to passive scout with this and have had as much team damage  from idiots in heavies who expect me to go haring off into the distance to get blown up for them, last game some moron in a T69 was at it, really grips my s4it

Just got this machine fully upgraded and starting to enjoy it fully.

It's just recent I started playing this game again after a long break and I know my w/l ratio ain't near good. But since re entering the game I changed gamestyle and now playing it as it should be played.

My stats are 27 games 44,44% win so not that good atm in this machine.

But I'm almost always in top 5 in exp in team, and most of the games are tier X matches unfortunately for me.

Running Coated Optics, Stabilizer and camo net atm but thinking of changing the net for vent since I camoed it and training camo on 2 crew members atm.

Bought mine yesterday, havent seen that problem yet but too many players out there expect you to go suiciding off across the fields at the start of the match, so they have something to shoot at.

Yes I might spot a couple but I will be dead 8 out of 10 times inside 2 minutes and then absolutley no use to my team for the rest of the match.  Learn how scouts are meant to play guys, I am sure you would rather have me alive and spotting and annoying bigger tanks for the whole match, rather than a smoking wreck on a field somewhere.

PS -  If you want to see people trying to kill you beyond reasonable reason lol, drive an FV4202 (a quite rare beast compared to most), everyone it seems has the sights set on you lol.

That happens alot... For example if your a T71 and your in a tier 8 game, dont go crazy, play passively, scout passivly, maybe be a medium, sometimes you even get teamkilled for passive scouting too behind or not going forwards :/
And people hunt down the Fv4202 for the Expert medals i believe, its really rare... Same goes for the Chinese tier 10s

Yeah, exactly. The Leopard is somewhat stealthy and mobile, and if it gets hit it will probably be put out of it's misery in one or two shots. But a Maus? Oh, he will suffer a slow, agonising death.
