it's now 23:15 overhere and I just came home from a diner on my bike in a T-shirt so i'm guessing our nights are warmer then your day's even though it like what about 100 miles between the UK and Netherlands.

Aircon at work is broken, yesterday we nearly hit the 30 degrees mark. They're handing out free bottles of soda and I have a desk fan so I'll manage.

Yesterday we had a summer storm passing over though, some of the plants in my garden didn't make it :(

Sweltering here in Newcastle, about ten years ago we would have looked forward to this weather breaking and getting a few thunderstorms, but after what happened last year (two weeks worth of rain fell in an hour) I think most people are just happy to put up witth the heat and humidity and just melt.

Our dog doesn't know where to put himself, everywhere is hot - even in the shade.
