Playspan Cancel Gold payments, yet money comes out of bank?

Tried to add some gold to my account on the 13/14 of this month.  All the payments were cancelled by Playspan(according to Paypal), apart from two which show as cancelled but have actually removed cash from my bank account.

So I'm sitting here, missing money or gold,  waiting for someone from WG or Playspan to contact me about this matter.(Yes I submitted a ticket)

Does anyone have any idea how long I should be waiting for a reply?  Can Anybody expedite the issue as I obviously dont want to buy more until this missing money matter is resolved?

Also before anybody tries to PM me and asks for my bank details to check, I'm not that stupid, not yet anyway.
