I played only 2 matches with MT-25 after change. And I understand, it sucks hard compared to t-50-2, so I didn't waste my time with it. Now Im thinking about selling it. Am I correct or did I oversee some special features? Do you keep it or do you sell it

i think its a little gumpy and dont like it, so sold it. Also this MT need 1 extra crew more than T-50-2 so see no point in having 4 skills on all and having 1 crew starting from scratch.

I sold both the T-50 and mt-25.  I tried them a number of time since 8.7, but again and again it was a disapointment.,..
Especially the T-50 is completely nerved..

Wargaming is planning on new scouts coming after the MT-25 (Same will happen with the Chaffee), so if you want to try them, I would keep it. But I sold it, because i stopped playing scouts.

I'm actually doing pretty well in it! I have had a couple of one on ones with AMX 12t's and am winning. It can pop out and back in pretty quick and the reload time is brilliant. It is pretty fast as well! I think you should keep it for a bit and see how it goes!

I have only had 4-5 battles but I am wondering already whether I should keep it!

It's OK in a platoon, but as a solo tank, you might as well be in the ELC as that actually reaches its' top speed quite quickly and doesn't lose that speed as soon as you turn nore than 5 degrees!

I'm literally 50/50 on this tank.

I circle kill a T29 on Port, take pot shots at others, stroll into base and cap, I'm happy, I'm keeping it.

I run into a group of enemies in the city in Lakeville and try to turn around and bugger orf, I die horrribly, I'm selling this POS.

One thing is certain: I'm never gonna keep my 59% win rate stats on this fat boy.

Mt25 is nice for tier 6 scout, but I sold it because I want only hightier (8) scouts (+t71). Im eager to see the oncoming tier 7-8 russian scouts, but I think I will get them with freexp.

So I sold it because IMO tier 6 scouts in general are useless.

It is actually a nice scout.

Of course it's not T-50-2, but let's be honest... That's good for balance. It's now more on par with other tier 6 tanks ; about the same playstyle than the 59 16, only a bit faster. T-50-2 was at tier V better than any tier VI scout ; that just wasn't fair. And for all those who want historical specs to be followed... Devs sauid it was in reality an awfully bad tank, so for once, soviets are nerfed: rejoice!

it hand; like a the old leo. post changes in it default set up.

that's a totally different scouting style then the tank it replaced.

not bother to try it fully up graded mind. to upset with it..

my main gripe is WG adding a new crew member to mt-25. now not only is mt-25 worse than T-50-2, its also 1 tier higher with no gun improvement, its a far larger target and if thats not bad enough you're forced to play with a newbie crew all over again.
i wont bother playing this tank, it was hard enough scouting well in T-50-2 (consistently) with a good crew. good luck to those who master it.

See I didn't like it compared to the t-50-2 at first, it felt more sluggish, and the turning circle is definately worse. But the t-50-2 slid sideways literally everywhere, and somehow the MT25 doesn't (as much), so it seems slightly more controllable.

My biggest complaint with the t-50-2 was that it lost money every game. If you did really well you broke even, but an average game lost money (at least for me, being not the best player by a long margin). When I don't play clan wars, and only used the t-50-2 in randoms it became disheartening to drive a tank that lost money when it was the top of it's tree and wasn't a tier X. The MT25 however makes money, so it doesn't make it an impedement to grinding other lines.

Then, just when I had it down as an enjoyable way to trundle around without being very effective, this happened:

Sold it after the nerf, just like my beloved 2801.

The only viable mid-tier lights are autoloaders now.

I'm glad that I was not the only one, thinking about selling it. I cant play with it compared to the T-50-2. Too sluggish. And compared to tier 7 scout that thing is just useless.
Waiting for russian tier 7 scout now. :amazed:

It is somewhat decent as a light tank, but not as good as, say, the Cromwell.
It is much like the VK 2801, a fat light tank, but without the good guns. Only the 57mm is appropriate, but it still isn't good.
So, sold.
