I have to say that the Su-100m1 and the Su-101 is one of the worse vehicles i have ever played in this game. Its just bloody horrible. NO gun depression , the gun angle are horrible , but hey it has elevation , so u get to shoot after UFO's ...

The SU100M1 is quite a good TD, it lacks gun depression but it makes up for that in camo and speed.

The SU101 however is a steaming pile of ****. It has no gun depression and on top of that the shells for the 100mm top gun cost 1250 credits a piece (250c more than other tier 8 td's) while having 30 penetration less than the competition (219 instead of ~240). It's a painfull grind until you finally get the SU-122-54 which is quite great.

Gah, I've only got a Tier 5 Soviet TD, I guess I'll have to start grinding away :p!

I like the SU 100 M1.

Decent sniper and surprisingly good at sneaking up on people and also running away.

Excellent for Kill Stealing Confirming.

Yesterday scored 8 kills on 101m1 and 300k bonus credits. I think I used up all my good luck for this tank.

Just scored the 300K bonus, cleaned out the depot, played one more top gun in the Hetzer and could barely afford the 100M1 plus ammo and 75% crew. Modules will have to wait.

First game, 3 kills, mastergunner, mastery badge 2nd class, 2406xp with daily double, 25K credits. Not too bad for a completely stock vehicle.
The aiming speed is quite good, and the better gun will only improve it. Gun depression is a bitch, and the gun angle is crap, which makes you have to move all the time so no use for camonet and the camovalue when standing still is of no use either. I hope the camovalue for moving is great. Will have to play more to figure it out though.

i wonder that no one wrote something about the "random" draw mode. he shakes the open helmet, looks what ball he is drawing and then we get to see the list, so we know which tank is number seven.
if this was something important i would call for ban ki-moon.

Bought my 100M1 about a week ago of course! Either way it will hopefully mean more people play this great tank (I really enjoy it). Great camo, RoF, damage/accuracy and moves around like a fast medium - plus the armour actually bounces a couple of shots now and again! lol

So what if the SU-100M1 has a high ROF, just makes you expose yourself for longer to use it. I haven't driven one myself (only on the test server), but I do fear the SU-152 more. In a world of 300 pen, high alpha premium for credit IS-2 shells, the SU-100M1 armor doesn't stand a chance. The SU-152 fires and GTFOs. The gun drives me mad, but when it hits for 1000 damage I always fall of my chair from the lolz.

Your funeral. I just found out this is an absolute beast once upgraded.
Look at what I can do with 80% crew, rammer and vents and only the stock gun:

The trick is to stay hidden as much as you can though, it may bounce some shots but the vast majority will ram right through, damaging the engine. It just keeps happening and happening. Highly annoying. And the gun elevation can come in real handy if you choose position wisely. Just know it needs to use the rate of fire to its advantage, so rammer and vents are a must, but that is just like, my opinion man.
