I don't know what you're trying to achieve with this. You can pretty much do what you want. However you'll be punished by the law if you break it.

I'm going to answer your questions with another question:

Ever wonder why we're here?

Law isn't everything = one can escape law much easyer then handeling morality of situation.
if one has killed inocant = he should be put down before he does more damage. (we don't need souch people on the world: and it's anybody's job to get rid of him)

if you're asking if it's ok to kill a teammate because he teamkilled you 100games ago and now you are on the same team again = yeaaaah! go ahead:) ... (or just forgive)

if it's something more serious and involves real people and killing ( like dead wife and a kid and stuff ) =then you don't need advice/

What a strange question.

Obviously there is no "Yes" or "No" answer as all these depend on the situation.

I would say to take back what was stolen is perfectly normal in any situation as it is not stealing. Taking anything other is again questionable depends on your motives and the stolen objects.

Taking another ones life is questionable as you would go on his level and such action does not bring the person back and not always gives you satisfaction you might hope to get if stories are to believed.

Who was killed, how, when, who killed, can you possibly get a case on him or her? What was stolen, how, for what, what can you possibly steal, what will you do with the stolen object?

Too broad questions and there can't be a "Yes" or "No" answer would be my final answer.

There is no such thing as kill stealing. You do not own a kill before you you actually kill someone. If someone starts crying about kill stealing troll them HARD.

As for killing team killers, absolutely. You need to do everything you can to win the game. If you are a competent player and play to win this is something you need to do sometimes. Team killers are on the side of the enemy and as such they are the enemy. If you don't help your team by killing a teamkiller you are just as guilty of your team losing as is the team killer. Competent players don't let their team mates die without helping.

'Two wrongs don't make a right'
That's taught in kindergarten.
The law may not be everything, but it exists to protect the weak from people who think they can do whatever they wish.

As for TKers, I've never killed one myself, although the team usually jump on them pretty fast.
As for Kill-stealing, is it that bad? Sooner all the enemy are dead, sooner you win the game - unless its someone going for Top Gun, when I stand back & leave them to get it
