Somebody tell them already that WoT is a bad e-sport, as it's format is so different from pub games or even clanwars. If you want an e-sport, it must be enjoyable to watch (5 autoloaders and 3 t1's fighting every 40s isn't) and repeatable in pubs (it isn't). And just because Riot and LoL could buy in into e-sports, doesn't mean that every game can.

Looks like good old europe has nothing to offer.
Really sad.
Sleelan I have to agree on the current state. After artynerf its all autoloader and sometimes 2 normal Tanks.
But I have to diasagree that it is boring.
Even with full autoloader Setups games can be fun and enjoyable to watch ( its rare, but the good matches are out there ;) )

Actually the game is well suited to eSports (hey we're playing a game that involves tanks blowing up tanks) however it does require development which WG has already stated they are currently doing.

No idea why there are no clips from Europe.

It may so be, but ATM it feels like completely different game to me. The strength of Dota2, Starcraft2 or LoL is partially based of normal player's ability to go out and play their own little versions of such tournaments.
And as for auto loaders and them being enjoyable - whatever floats your boat, true. But the current meta game is too limited really. Form what I've seen there are around 6 different tanks in use. That can get boring quickly in my opinion.

Since when RNG based game is suited for e-sports?
From developer Q-A: " We didn't made WoT as e-sport game"

With the changes to accuracy RNG doesn't have a huge effect on the game as an eSport.

There is 'only' one more thing to fix - RNG on damage.

WG made WoT as pubbie friendly game, where beginners can kill Unicums.
Can WoT have some sort of competition - Yes, is WoT an eSport - No.

Well you've missed the gun as it's already an eSport.
