Today in hummel i was in artillery mode aiming at a t-34-85. A ally m6 was camping infront of me without me knowing. When i fired the gun it hit him and got me a 4.2k credit fine, what should i do about getting the credits back for the idiot causing the incident?

Deleted.
Just realised you've made a thread about 4.2k credits.

That would be my main concern. Not the few credits. Team damage is automatically recorded so it doesn't matter about them reporting you. You'll just have to be more aware before you fire in future.

That is the problem, when i change target across map i look and he was 300m away, by the time i had followed a specific target until best time to fire he had come infront of me.

This reminds me of my first teamkill ever. Back in when I started playing, I was happily trolling around with my new found love, german arty. So Mountain Pass comes up (first time on that map), I'm on north spawn, I climb the ramp overloking the center of the map, and start pumping shots.
So after a couple of shots, I fully aim up on this stationary russian heavy (I could clearly see he was fully in my reticle, and none of the reticle was missing) and fire away just as he drops off the radar from not being spotted anymore...
"WE'VE HIT ONE OF OUR OWN!" Err... What? So I leave arty mode and notice a burning pile of scrap metal in front of me that used to be my allied Grille. Aparently, he somehow managed to drive in front of my cannon just as I took the shot. Brilliant.
Naturally, the guy started raging afterwards (even thugh it was his own damn fault).

As above this is basically what happened with me, usually i would not react but the shell splash damage hit me damaging a lot of modules costing me more repair costs.

common problem..
if you ever get to some large heavys, you'll have to also pay fine for all the scouts you get in way with your great speed of 10km/h -since none will go slower then 50 when smashing into your armor...  and high tier lights aren't cheap :P  xD

be more carefull = friendly fire is a real problem in reality also... (you carry the gun: you hold the responsabilaty)
