Take a break for a bit, do something else and come back refreshed.
Or buy a Vickers Med 1 and chage over Malinovka spamming "Help"

Take a break, for sure. Come back relaxed with clear mind. Also dont check stats after every battle, you will play more at ease.

Nooo russian, buy any TD tier 10. I was see so many noobs with 1000wn7 and over 2000 dm with TD. Three golden shoots with jgpzE100 = almost 3000dm.

Start playing for fun - Not as you need to satisfy your stats, but more to the extend, that you concentrate about the team effort, and doing the damage/kills. Learning more about vehicles weaknesses/strengths. Platoon/company

Then stats will go up anyway, if you succeed.

Take a break first.
Then when you start playing again dont play stock tanks.

Focus on what you're doing and why. Always have a plan, a reasone why you want to go to that spot etc.

If everything fails watch Quickybaby he explains a lot why he is doing what he is doing, try to learn and apply it to your own gameplay.

Even better: Don't check you stats, ever. You will feel totally at ease and will find WoT relaxing and rewarding and even, dare I say it, fun!

Well I will give you few tips to get some fun back in playing this game and it just might be good for your stats and that will make fun for you as well. I have not analyzed your performance so I will give you generic advices.
1. Play standard battles only. Assaults specially are idiot magnets. People do not know how to defend and even attacking is a challenge. Also many of them do not even know that other team does not have a flag.
2. Play in platoon with good players. Two if possible.
3. Play tanks that you are playing good and have fun with. I enjoy E25 and SU-100Y when I feel down. Thinking I am good in this tank is not enough check your performance in it.
4. Play proper tier. Well sometimes it means play tier lower. Well sometimes idiots in to tiers get to your nerves and stepping a tier down is refreshing. Other times Lower tiers are so full of useless people that after some time it gets you down. Playing tier X might be good tip to. No one to bully you, you are top tier.
5. Do something else fun in your life. Like watch some movie like comedy or something to relax.
6.Stop playing game for a while and use that time to watch Youtube videos from Quickbaby, Highflyer15 etc. etc. You are doing something about game and enjoy at least looking how sometimes things go way they should.
7. Go out more and have fun in life.

Well I hope this helps. I wish it does.
Good luck.
