15.6 GHZ CPU? Seriously? What the hell? I think the Intel i7 chips run   @ around 4ghz
Other than that, I am not too sure of that hardware since it's AMD (intel fanboy warning)
But I guess you could run the game at playable framerates on atleast low settings, ask someone more into AMD to know more because I have no idea about AMD Stuff :hiding:

Edit, found out it's an integrated graphics processor, I don't think it would make for a good gaming chip (Both your graphics card AND CPU are priced at a combined price of $100, also, that clock speed is a lie, official stats state it at 3,6Ghz, http://shop.amd.com/...r/AD560KWOHJBOX)

It runs at 3.6Ghz, so maybe a 'type-o' to nab a customer. :blinky:
The graphics card is a little weak so on mid settings you may get 20-30 FPS.
.
.
Thats said you can always change the graphics card for something better later(when the warranty runs out).
.
But be warned that such pre-made rigs may have the power but not have enough cabling to run a bigger graphics cards and sometimes it may involve changing the PSU as well.

This setup is a server setup. That graphics card will barely run WoT on minimum settings . Sorry but if you truly want a PC that can run WoT you have to take at least $400 out of your pocketz.

Also I wouls highly recommend to get a computer with an intel i5 or i7 processor, since they are multi-threaded (I don't know if AMD has multi-threaded processors). WoT only uses a single processor core, so having 4 cores 3 of them are rendered obsolete when playing, but with a multi-threaded processor a single core acts effectively as two cores making the game a lot better. That's how I'm able to run WoT with a 1,8 GHz processor low-power consumption laptop processor with low/mid settings and get a perfectly playable 20-45 fps depending on map foliage etc.

You will need GeForce 470 or better to take advantage of Havok which will be introduced in 9.0 or so.

The guy who put that ad up just multiplied the clock speed by four since it's a quadcore

I wouldn't buy a Geforce card btw, nVidia still hasn't straightened out its drivers. Game kept crashing on a friend's computer because of that, replaced it with an AMD card, problem solved  :harp:
