One of these should be able to destroy a Monster.*

Unless it scores a zero damage critical hit  :P

But yeah, the US had very good AA guns, just like the Russians

US naval AA/AAA owned lot it's success to proximity fuses and good radar fire control. Though the weapons themselves were very good as well (Oerlikon, Bofors and 5"/38).

Naval weapons has bit more detailed page on the naval version of the gun. Gives ceiling of 2000m.

So which one was not even a real design, let alone a vehicle (the only thing that exists of it is a concept drawing)?

Don't forget US 5 inch guns- when proximity fuzed AA shells were introduced, they became really deadly.
http://www.navweaps....S_5-38_mk12.htm even writes that:
"VT fuzing reduced roughly in half the number of rounds fired per aircraft shot down.  A notable success with VT ammunition was that of USS Abercrombie (DE-343) which shot down a Ohka (Baka) rocket glider bomb in May 1945, firing only two rounds."

Good pictures.. now search one where only one of this tanks appear on WW2 action

But can't catch any of them, if they, you know, move.
